Fantasia POV
I played Made for me by Muni long and started to sing the lyrics lowly I could sing but nobody knew but my mother she told me To start writing music but I was to shy.
I think Taraji heard me because I seen her looking at me with a smile on her face.
"I didn't know you could sing she said"
"I can I hardly sing when I'm around someone I'll usually do it when I'm by myself with my daughter"
"Aww you have a beautiful voice btw"
My phone started ringing I answered it and it was my mom all I heard was her sobbing ,what's going on why are you crying?Its k-keziah she's in the hospital they told me that it looks like she was beaten badly she has bruises all on her.
I screamed and dropped my phone and started crying hard to the point where I stared shaking.
"Hey hey what's wrong mama"?
"M-my daughter s-she's in the hospital"
"It's okay do you know what hospital"
"It's children health Baptist my mom told her"
She started rubbing my back to help me calm down and starter driving there fast I was still shaking a little but I eventually calmed down when we got there I hurry up and got out and ran inside the hospital.Are you Ms.Barrino keziah mom the doctor asked me.
"Yes that's me where is she"
"She's in room 112 with your mom we got her hooked to some machines"
I ran in there I seen my mom sitting on the couch crying I went to the bed where keziah was laying I could see the bruises my baby I'm so sorry Princess,I grabbed her hand and cried laying there.
Taraji POV
I was sitting in the lobby praying and praying that she will make it I was shocked poor baby.I seen two police officers walk in the hospital.
I heard them talking to the doctors about something I got up and went to the room where Fantasia was I seen keziah hooked up to some machines while Tasia sat there holding her hand I went over there and rubbed her back.
"It's going to be okay she's gonna make it"
"I hope so I never thought that he would do that to her"
The police came into the room and told her that they had arrested Kendalle,I'm guessing that he was keziah dad and did this to her. Oh wow that's so messed up why would he do that to a child I thought to myself.
"M-mommy keziah said"
"Hii baby I am so so sorry this happened to you I'm never letting you go back there"
"I-it's okay I'll be alright I'm in a lot of pain though and who is this pretty lady"
"Im Taraji one of your mom friend"
"That's a pretty name I'm gonna call you Raji"
I was still feeling bad because she was in pain and could hardly move Fantasia layed her head on my chest I played with her hair as I rubbed circles in her back and grabbed the remote and put cartoons on for keziah.
