Chapter 10: An old ship and friend

Personal log It has been two days and I have recovered my shoulder so I'm now cleared and able to go back to working again since the short dress version of the uniform exposes the markings on my arms and legs which would be distracting, Starfleet has made an exception to let me wear the male version of the uniform so I modified it to make it into a more female version of the male uniform they were working on which is the men's uniform but more feminine.

I finish my log turn to R4 and say " Hey R4 do you have that Jedi holcron I gave" I say as I finish braiding my hair

R4 replies "Yes I have it let me get it out," he grabs it out of his storage and gives it to me.

But as I was about to open it using the force I heard a knock on the door and I turned to R4 and said "Quick power yourself off ok". R4 turns himself off and I open the door to reveal Spock which I sigh out in relive 

"Spock in come what are you doing here?" I asked him as he entered the room in and I closed and locked the door behind him.

"I came to ask about who this Ahsoka that you, Anakin and Obi-Wan were talking about," said Spock as he sat down on my bed

"Well, Ahsoka was the apprentice to Anakin and my best friend but left the order during the Clone Wars because fellow Jedi framed her for bombing the temple," I explained 

"So what were you about to do before I came into the room, Lyanna?" asked Spock

"I'll show you, Spock," I tell him

I use the force to open the Holocron to reveal the distress message of Obi-Wan about the fall of the order

"Fascinating Lyanna please may I borrow it to study," asked Spock 

"Of course, you can but be careful with it," I say cautiously 

"Don't worry I will be please let us start our shift now," said Spock

I nodded at Spock as we left my bedroom and went our separate ways where I headed off to Master Vos's office.

"Morning Master," I said to Quinlan

"Morning Padawan I have some news for you,"

"What is it, Master?" I ask curiously

"I'm going to assign onto the bridge so that we will be able to determine threats more accurately," said Quinlan

"Ok, Master Quin should I head on there now," said Lyanna

"Yes please head on over there now here is the form if the Commander and Captain ask you," said Quinlan

I entered the turbo lift and then headed over to the bridge 

"Permission to enter the bridge Captian," I say

"Permission granted Leela so what brings you here," said Jim

I handed him my transfer to work on the bridge

"Well everything seems in order welcome to the bridge Leela," said Jim

"Thank you, Captain," I said as I walked to my new station on the bridge 

"Mr Sulu, how long until we reach new Vulcan?" asked Jim 

"In and around one hour captain," Sulu replied 

Half an hour later

I checked the security details of all the crew members but The enterprise was hit.

"Lieutenant see if you can hail the unknown ship and Spock any idea of what type of ship that is," said Jim

"Negative, Captain can Mr Checkov magnify the attacking ship,"
