Enlighten me today muses,
As for this story shan't be told from me.
At it is I, a poor old commoner,
a fool for gold.
For it is the strength and boldness
that has ne'er seen one fall.Birds sing with the angels,
and choirs tell of great tales,
of how this mighty hero,
has fallen from another.
From one to demise us all.It was sheer will that made it up the mountain.
Sheer will that made him face the king,
yet it was naivety,
bringing a spear to a krill's showdown."Alas! My brave soldiers!!! We drink for this tonight!" Roared the man with the glass,
The man with the white cape and helmet,
for he is our hero,
our knight in shining armor. His armor was stained,
blood drenched full of ink,
as for he would be in history
for the rest of his days."Reta, what deeds shall be done?
What curse was brought upon me to see you to it of your disappearance?"
Called out the woman,
his lover of the ages. Her name was Vuta,
A guardian for the bushes and
flying bards,
The ones who dance in the forest."Oh my starlight of the ages,
shall you shine brighter than the rest.
Should I ever cower in darkness's shadow,
Your light will shine in my eyes
till your arms become my home."
Reta smiles and puts a hand on her head
before his doom is through a crack in the wall,
A call for his name.He trots down the hall,
all tall and tame,
yet deep down inside,
his mice did not know how to play.
For it was the king,
all tall and mighty,
who called him down to the earth.Alas comes the throne room,
all giant and mighty,
yet the stone, sand and bones
pale in comparison to the goliath standing tall.It was tough to work in a barren wasteland.
Under an Elder who was just as stale.
Standing tall with a spear that acted like a cane.
Their Mohawk was lean, Mask as cold as the color of their clothing.
The king looked down at the mere mortal,
Kneeling to his sight."Your tale has been told,
from town to town you have ventured,
and Eden is where you might lay.
For she used to be a beautiful monarch,
A city full of saints.
Now crushed in a hands of a dictator.
For it is you, Reta the wise, bold, and great;
Who shall take down the oppressor,
and save us all."It was as simple as that,
take down the devil they said,
Take down Resh, the king of all evil, they said.
However Reta knew this would be fate.
For he only bowed his head;
Grabbing the wasteland's five greatest men.
To head up to the fallen heavens. He ne'er decided to look at his soulmate.
Her last look of him should be of happiness,
thou his river of sorrow was shallow then,
The thoughts of any were thrown away. When he and his angels arrived the mountain was treacherous,
dark and dead.
beings no one ne'er seen before,
And black dragons with a single blaring eye the size of kingdoms.
