Chapter 17

~~~~~~~Len's P.O.V~~~~~~~
I woke up in my bed. My head was aching like hell. Like someone bashed to the ground several times. I sighed, then finally noticed. Wasn't I with Miku? I got out of my bed and called her. She didn't respond. I messaged her. No reply. Was she ignoring me? Or was she in a trouble or anything!? Or did I do something to her!!?? Suddenly, my door opened and my mom came in. "Oh, Len, you are awake." She said sadly and sighed while closing the door. She sat next to me and looked at my eyes. "Miku...she called me and she said you wanted to break up with her...and she asked me to do her a favor. She wanted me to ask you why you wanted to break up with her?" She said and looked at my eyes. My eyes widened as I heard these. "Breaking up with her!? Are you crazy or something! I didn't do anything like this, the last thing I remember is I was going to buy some ice cream, that's all!" I quickly got up and tried to call Miku again.
"She told me that she don't want you to call her." My mom said as she got up and went downstairs. "What da hell did yah do to Miku you man whore!?" Guess who.........yeah, none other than Miss Evil. "Look I di-" She slapped me right on the face.
"What the fuck are you doing!?"
"Don't try to lie! She told me everything! Now go and apologize her!"
"But she is ignoring me! I tried to call her and messaged her, she didn't respond!"
"Like I give a fuck about it! Try again! Go to her house and talk to her like normal people do."
"So, you are telling me I'm not normal?"
"Isn't that obvious? But whateves, Alien, now go and talk to her!" I rolled my eyes at her and walked downstairs. Was that a joke? If it was, they were gonna pay it really hard, but sadly, it wasn't. I walked to Miku' house and knocked on the door, waited for someone to open it. A few seconds later Miku opened the door, her eyes were red and swollen, she was pale, she was wearing her pajamas and she had some tissues on her hand. When she saw me, her eyes widened, then all of a sudden, she started crying.
"Miku, really, everyone is talking about something I don't even understand, they told me that I am the reason wh-"
"Kagamine, it would be better if you leave and don't talk to our daughter again." Mr. Hatsune said as my eyes widened. I missed softly while looking to the ground, tears were forming on my eyes. I left and went to my house. Rin and mom were asking questions but I didn't listen to them. I was busy to find out what made Miku like this. Rin and mom were still blabbing about what to do to steal a girl's heart or what not to do to a girl. They were concentrating so much about the topic, even something off topic that they didn't even noticed I went to my room.
~~~~~~Miku's P.O.V~~~~~~
I woke up from my dream, crying. Also, it was a flashback of yesterday. I sighed and wiped away my tears. I sniffed and sobbed. I asked myself. 'What did I do to you, Len?' I sighed again and got up. I started walking downstairs. When I was at the kitchen, I heard someone knocked on the door. I quickly washed my face and drank a glass water. Then I opened the door and saw Mr. Heart broker playboy. My eyes widened when I see him, and I started crying like an idiot.
"Miku, really, everyone is talking about something I don't even understand, they told me that I am the reason wh-"
"Kagamine, it would be better if you leave and don't talk to our daughter again." My dad said heartlessly and harshly. Len looked to the ground and slowly nodded, then started going away. I hugged my parents and my Onii-chan. I cried and sobbed, then finally, it ended. I didn't know what happened to me but, I was not crying anymore. 'I have friends, right? I don't need him as a boyfriend, but I need him as a friend.' With that thought, I called Len. I waited a few seconds, then it finally opened. But it wasn't Len.
"Moshi moshi?"
"Umm, sorry, I was looking for Len Kagamine."
"Oh, I'm his mother, he just locked hisself in his room for an hour. He was waiting for you!" With that, my heart skipped a beat. 'No, I'm not in love with him! Stop it, heart! You make things harder!'
"Who you are and what you want? I'm busy." Finally, it was Len.
"Its that really how you greet your ex?" I thought.....OUT LOUD!?
"E-e-e-e-e-e-ehhh? M-Miku!?"
"Yeah, it's me."
"I-I was waiting for you to reply my messages."
"Le-"
"Look, I really don't know what the fuck those people are talking about, all I can remember is, I was going to buy two ice creams then Mayu came and started talking to me, I tried to ignore her but then my vision became dark and I was no longer awake, I really don't know what happened later, like, really."
"Len, I didn't call you for your information but, thanks, If something."
"Eh?"
"I called you 'cause I wanted to tell you......I want to be.....let's just be friends and live like nothing happened between us, okay?"
"....."
"Umm...Len?"
"....."
"Are you there?"
"*sobbing and sniffing sound*"
"A-are you crying?"
"N-no, I'm not."
"B-but-"
"No, I'm n-not."
"Okay. So, what are you saying?"
"....."
"Len, please stay silent, it's too awkward like I'm talking to a wall or anything."
"Don't you think it's also awkward too when you want me to live like nothing had happened? Or your voice tone, it's like you want to end up the call now and like you are talking to a creature which had no heart."
"I....I...."
"No need to say anything, I got it, don't worry bro, from now on, we are gonna live like we are best friends!"
"So, are you agreeing with it?"
"Mmhmm. Also, bro, tomorrow we have maths test, did you studied?"
"....."
"No?"
".......I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THERE'S A TEST FOR TOMORROW!"
"Oh may gawd, geez, you are too loud."
"Oops, sorry. So, I need to study now, see you tomorrow!"
"Bye, and good luck!"
"Thanks." I ended the call and smiled myself. Maybe it could be better if we start it from zero. A new, white page, a page that even could make me happier...But, my other side was....still wanting him. In 'that' way, like, you know. I sighed and tried to clear my mind of all of these thoughts. Then I started studying until I fell asleep.
