While Hope and Liam enjoyed their vacation in Milan, Steffy, who overheard Wyatt and Ivy's conversation, made sure that Ivy never made it on the Forrester jet to Milan.
"Ivy, I have a client who would like to see your jewelry designs," Steffy said after arriving at her office with a sly smile.

"Oh, I'm sorry, but I won't be able to make it," Ivy told her.
"Oh, why is that? This is a significant client for Forrester." Steffy quizzed.
"I'm headed to Milan for a vacation," Ivy informed her.
"Well, put it on hold," Steffy demanded.
"But I need this, Steffy."
"I don't care what you need. This client asked to meet with you specifically." Steffy told her. "You don't want to upset Grandfather do you?"
"No," Ivy said reluctantly. "I'll stay and meet with the client."
"Great. He's meeting with you at noon at Il Giardino's." Steffy said. "Don't be late."
Steffy smiled as she left Ivy's office as she looked back at the melancholy look on Ivy's face. But Steffy couldn't help that. She had to hurry to the Forrester jet and get on her way to Milan to see Liam.

Meanwhile, Ivy waited at Il Giardino's for the client Steffy said was meeting her there. But after an hour, the client never showed. She dialed Steffy's number but only got a voicemail.
"Damn you, Steffy!" Ivy said to herself when she realized Steffy had duped her.
