The next day when Kion went to Kovus house kion saw That Kovu looked sad.
"Kovs, are you okay?" Kion asked. Kovu was quiet for a bit before saying "Kion, I heard what you said to me the other night...and fine youre right im not okay......folllow me to my room please."
Kion followed him "Kovu?...does this have to do with the bullying? can you tell me more about it?."
Kovu pauses tears fill his eyes "welll you know how it started...but not how bad it really was....it was horrible, people called me names, slurs. they shoved me in lockers it was awful, I lost all my friends, I-I think it just suprised me how homophbic people are, I thought things were better nowadays...people would call me disqusting to my face. and it went on for so long I started to belive those things. It really made me hate myself....so much that I..........that...I......I started cutting myself"

"Im sorry, I rarely do it now. but, I dont want to feel like that again."
"Kovu...I" Kion started but stoped and just hugged Kovu tight "Im sorry you went through that. you dont desevre any of this"
Kovu sat there for a bit before hugging Kion back and finally having a good cry
"hey" Kion said with a teary smile "look baby, I'm here for you okay, I wont leave you okay?"
Kovu sniffled "im sorry, I just i'll stop crying. you came over to hang out not see me being depressed"
"No, Kovs, Bae, Its okay to cry, You suffered alot and deserve to let it out. I understand why your nervous to come out now. Im sorry for trying to force you into it"
"so you dont hate me for this?" Kovu whimpered
"NO!" Kion chuckled "Kovu, Youre my BOYFRIEND! the best i could ask for, weve beenn dating 9 WHOLE MONTHS GOING ON 10! I love you, God how I love you. You self harming doesnt change that, I still love you.
