"W-wait!- we'll leave! Please spare us!"
Said one of the villager after seeing all her friends get beaten up pretty badly, a certain girl look up at her and glare slightly
"Good, now get out of my face"
The group of villager quickly stand up ignoring their pain and ran away, well, better than getting more beaten up right?
As they leave the girl let out a relief sigh and turn her attention to the certain skeleton she just protected, or correctly save, the skeleton is shaking, the girl noticed this and gently spoke trying not to startled him
"Hey..? Are you ok?"
The skeleton look up at her and nodded before answer slightly mumbling
"Yea... Thanks.."
The girl smile slightly and sit beside the skeleton and then take out some plaster that she have just in case
"Here, let me help"
She said softly, the skeleton was unsure at first, but then just nodded and let the girl cover up his scar, after that the girl took out a candy and hand it to him, the skeleton was really confused yet happy, no one have ever treat him this nice, he want to get to know her more, but he still wasn't sure if she really try to help him or it was just an act
After a minute of awkward silence the girl clear her throat ignoring her nervousness and spoke up
"My name is (Y/N) what yours name?"
The skeleton perk up at this and quietly speak up after
"My name is Nightmare...."
"Nice to meet you Nightmare! I hope we can be friend!"
The skeleton snap and look at him as he spoke, slightly his eyes are sparkling with hope
"Friend...? You want to be my friend..?"
"Why of course! If you want tho..."
The skeleton soon smiled and just nodded
"Sure... You can be my friend..."
The girl smile happily at this and let out a 'yay!'
"Great! I hope we can be friend for future as well!"
"Yea... Sure"
'after all.. you're my first friend heh..'
