Sakura and Aguilera watched through their monitor as Y/n ran through ruins, a demon beast in hot pursuit.
Sakura:Hey Aguiler-
Aguilera:Could you just call me Hana.
Sakura:Huh?
Aguilera:That's my real name.
Sakura:Ok....Hana, have you ever heard of someone healing themselves with demonic power?
Aguilera:It's basically impossible.
Sakura:How come?
Aguilera:Think of it like this. Demonic energy is a negative. Simply having more of it means nothing, it would still be negative. However if you were to use one source of demonic energy against another source of demonic energy the energy created would be positive. The only natural source of demonic energy a person would have is their inner demon so the level of control needed to split that source though possible is practically unheard of.
Sakura:But what if someone had two sources...

Y/n ran across broken tiles as he arrived in the same underground temple he had been in before. A large bird-like demon beast leapt at him, using its long beak it tried to spear Y/n who dodged each time. Blue flames cloaked Y/n's body as he turned to face the beast. The bird thrusted its peak once again, Y/n ducked below the struck the bird with an uppercut. This was enough to disorient the beast before Y/n finished it off with a clean kick to the head.
Rather than return to camp for the day Y/n decided to explore further. Arriving at the staircase he had raced up in the past Y/n took a moment to examine each step, there were ornate carvings made into each one and as Y/n climbed the steps he realised that they seemed to be telling a story.
Something was found down here, something that caused the creation of demons.
With these demons, the society that once existed here grew to encompass the entire world.
Eventually, two men discovered the source of their people's demonic power.
Y/n reached the top of the stairs, finally, Y/n recognised the outline that remained in the stone. A blur of memories filled Y/n's mind, disorienting the young man as he fell to his knees. It hurt but the image of what had been found here was clear to Y/n.
