MORRO: THE MASTER OF WIND

THE SEARCH FOR MORRO

It was a long and dark night at the police station, the police were on the look out for a ghost named Morro.

"Now you see, this ghost wants to find a person to take the mind of Morro. If he is seen, I want you to call the police department as soon as possible and we'll be there. Now, any questions?" Kai said. No one said anything or raised their hand.

"Very well, good night everyone." Kai said. The crowd began to leave the station. Kai waved his hand and walked past Lloyd. "Hey, are you okay? You don't seem to well." He said approaching Lloyd.

"Oh, me? Yeah, I'm fine. Just, since I lost my dad things been kind of rough." Llyod said staring into the parting crowd. "He'd always teach me the right thing to do at the right times." He turned to Kai with worried eyes. "I don't know who I'm becoming, I don't want to screw up and put these peoples lives in jeopardy." He said.

"I know how you feel." Kai said walking up to Lloyd. "When I had lost my dad, I lost my way. But, don't worry, big shot, you won't be putting anyone in jeopardy. I'll be looking after you for now on." Kai said, ruffling Lloyd's hair.

"Hey, hey, hey!"Llyod shouting, smacking Kai's hand away. "No one messes up my hair." He said, annoyed trying to fix his hair.

Kai opened his mouth to say something when an alarm went off.

"What's that?" Kai said looking at Llyod.

"It's from the police," Jay shouted looking at his watch. Kai and Llyod ran to Jay. "a woman at the library said she saw something suspicious."

"Morro." Llyod whispered.

"We don't know if that is him." Kai said turning to Llyod.

"Guys, there's no time to waste." Jay said in a hurry. "We got to see what's going on."

The ninja quickly showed up at the scene, where the call was made.

"There she is!" Cole shouted, running towards her. "Ma'am, tell us everything you saw."

The woman stayed silent, shaking in fear.

"She's terrified, we won't be getting any information from her." Cole said, standing up and turning to the other ninjas.

"Back up, Cole. She's probably dying because of your breath." Lloyd said approaching the woman.

"Ha ha ha, very funny, Lloyd." Cole said annoyed. He raised his hand and smelt his breath. "It doesn't even smell that bad!"

Lloyd got on one knee and looked at the woman. "I need you to take a few breaths and calm down. Tell us, what did you see?"

She stared at Lloyd and grabbed his arm.

"The restroom." She whispered. "It's in the restroom!"

"He's in the restroom!" Lloyd shouted. "It's over there!" He pointed.

"Already on it!" Jay said, running in the direction Lloyd pointed. "Last one there is a rotten egg!"

"Hey, no fair." Kai said, chasing after him.
