Albus Dumbledore considered himself a good person. He did good things.
And when he didn't, it was for the greater good.
Like imperiousing Lilith Potter to go to Beauxbatons, when he remembered she existed.
Of course he knew it was wrong. But he had to do it, she didn't fit in with any of his plans and he simply couldn't make room for her.
But he simply couldn't figure out why she had come back.
But, maybe with her sorted into Slytherin, she would cause Harry to get used to betrayel. Maybe she could be worked into his plans, this way.
He just had to give her a little push.
"You called for me, Headmaster?" Severus said as he entered Dumbledore's office.
"I have a task for you, Severus." He replied with a twinkle in his eye. "I need you to, per say, cultivate Lilith Potter. Lead her to the dark."
"...why?" Snape narrowed his eyes, and Dumbledore could tell he was upset.
"For the greater good, Severus. Convince Tom that she would be a good spy or something of the sort. I believe in you."
Snape sighed. "If you insist on torturing me so, Headmaster."

Sitting idly in Defense, I wondered why Professor Moody's magical eye was staring at me so hard.
I turned to Draco. "You see this too, right?" I whispered, pointing at Moody as he ranted on and on about something dumb.
"Yeah...that's weird." Draco sneered at Moody.
"Potter! Malfoy!" Snapped Mad-Eye, and I jumped. "Is this a talking class?"
I glared, drawling, "It clearly is, with how much you talk, Professor."
The class room erupted into laughter, and I was discreetly high-fived by Mattheo.
"Ten points, Potter."
"From which one?" Pansy asked, smiling up at him brightly.
His eye twitched, and he ignored her, going back on about the lesson.

"It's Halloween, Lils. You have to dress up for it!"
"Halloween isn't even a wizarding holiday." I complained, glaring as Daphne scrubbed the dye in my hair. "We should be celebrating Samhain."
Pansy sucked in through her teeth. "Yeah, that's definitely the darkest thing you've said."
"What do you mean?"
"Only dark families celebrate the old holidays, Lil." Daphne filled me in, as usual. "The Malfoys, the Blacks-"
"There's really none of them left, though." Pansy interjected.
"-the Notts, the Lestranges.."
"Basically, all the Deatheaters." I assumed. "Or everyone in Slytherin."
"...basically."
"So why don't we celebrate it?" I asked, tilting my head.
"We're already bombarded about being 'dark' and 'baby deatheaters' enough. Why worsen the allegations?" Shrugged Pansy.
I hopped into the shower, rolling my eyes.
