It alzo juzt hit me that I'll be a frezhman next year-

I'm surprised the hallways in the school aren't that crowded.. I mean yeah there were a lot of kids yet I somehow managed to get around all of them..? I'm not sure it was weird..
"Leah!!! Hey wait up!!!"
It was Penny, and Conner was following close behind her, trying to catch with her
"Hey guys!"
"Hi Leah! So do you like the school so far..?"
"I mean yeah, it's been kind of calming actually. I just hope 3rd period isn't too much of a problem.."
"Oh! Well here let me see your schedule, I can probably show you where your next class is!"
So I showed her my schedule. For a split second I saw her frown, but eventually piped up once more.
"You have Mx. Five's class, which if I remember correctly is ELA..? I'm not really sure. But yeah you have it with Nass and Triss!"
"Who-?"
"Their.. our friends..."
Conner mumbled, out of breath from running.
"But yeah, it's right over there!!" She said, pointing to a door which did in fact have a large five drawn on it.
"Thanks guys! I'll see you later I guess...?"
"Yeah of course!! Bye Leah!"
I waved bye to them as I walked into the classroom. Only the teacher was there, they were taking attendance at the door.
"Name?"
"Uhm.. Leah Leaf..!"
"Seat 2A"
I looked over to where they were pointing, just as I thought, second seat in the first row. I sat down in my seat as others started walking into the classroom. I noticed Britney and waved to her. She thankfully sat down beside me.
"I'm so thankful to have someone I at least know a little in the same class as me..."
"Yeah same here! I think that two of my other friends also have this class, I can't really remember though.."
We talked for a little before the class started. Mx. Five introduced themself and told everyone what was expected from us in their classroom, and to be honest it was a lot to remember...
"So. This is freshman ELA, you're all in Highschool now so I expect good from all of you. However, my class has rules that I want you all to follow-"
A whole lot of kids groaned in disappointment. But Mx. Five didn't seem bothered by it.
"-...As I was saying. My rules are simple, and if you follow them then everything should turn out great for all of us."
There were a lot of rules. There were standard ones like no eating, no phones, no talking during tests, the normal stuff. But then there also things like, no applying makeup in the middle of class, no asking other students questions, no turning around to talk to others, and a few more that I couldn't remember. As the class came to the end, so did the rules. And the second the bell rang the whole class did a collective sigh of relief, as everyone exited quickly as possible.
I forgot to get a list of names for the class, but I can just write down the ones that I know..

Like- I got a gf, went to the hozpital for a zhort period of time, zchool iz ending and finalz have been going on, and my mental health juzt totally crazhed for a while
