Damian slammed open the front door to their house, Anya slamming it shut behind her.

A "I dont understand why you aren't okay with me paying? I have a job!" she said, trying to not shout.

D "Because I can pay, I have more than enough money to spend"

A "Are you saying Im broke?" she said, offended.

D "No, im just saying I have more money because we aren't married yet because someone doesn't want to." He said, glaring at Anya

A "I dont want to get married yet! Is that such a crime? I love you, we live together, but marriage is such a big commitment that I don't know im ready to make yet"

D "I know. I know, and I will respect that until you're ready. But until then, let me pay for you, I dont mind and I enjoy giving you things-

A "But you never let me give you things! I want to pay for you because I don't give anything in this relationship! I didn't pay for the house, the car, jewelry, maids, butlers, chauffeurs, anything! I just- wanted to do something for you..." she quited down as she began to cry. All of Damain's anger disappeared the moment he saw her crying. He rushed to her, and pulled her into a hug.

D "Im sorry for making you cry," he kissed the top of her head "You give plenty to this relationship, the amount of love you give me is more than enough for me. You have always been there for me, and I am so sorry I wasn't able to see what you were feeling earlier, I am so sorry Anya. Please forgive me, if it makes you feel better we can go the mall and you can pay tomorrow?"

Anya looked up into Damain's eyes and formed a small smile. "yeah, that would be nice" she mumbled. "I love you so much Damian, and Im sorry for worrying you.'

D "I love you too Anya" they had a small kiss and both smiled.

Bonus :

Loid lowered his binoculars, giving a signal to his wife, Yor, to stand down.

Y "He still made her cry" she said, venom dripping from her voice.

L "Yes, but remember when I told you that we should end our marriage?" Yor nodded, "You cried, didn't you?"

Yor was silent, but nodded. She remembered convincing Yuri to not kill Loid, and smiled at the similarities of the situtations.
