Eren felt both the sharp blade of Mikasa and her kiss. Eren died happily, knowing that Mikasa also felt the same way he felt for her. He was ready to suffer in Hell for the crimes he has committed against humanity, if it existed or else, he is ready to be dissolved into unknown.
However, what he really found is that he is transported in a different realm.

Questions which intrigued Eren's mind. Not only that, he was wearing the Survey Corps Uniform, a Uniform which he definitely doesn't deserve because of what crimes he committed. Nonetheless, he has no time to waste and need to see what's going on. He needs to find out the reason of being here. Roaming around he noticed the surrounding what seems to be identical to the coordinate or the Paths where he came multiple times to see possible futures, alas, all ended with his death by Mikasa's hands. However, there are stark differences. The Paths he visited was filled with sand and void of life, but this realm is more magical and alive, filled with trees, birds, open skies, he can also see fresh water flowing through realms. Seems more like Heavens if it even exists.
Suddenly, everything turns brownish and he sees a woman descending from clouds.

The woman came in a reddish gown with white colored draping wearing underneath the gown.
"Who are you? What do you want from me? What is this place?"
Eren was not terrified but more like confused. However, it seems the woman doesn't want to keep the suspense for long.
"I am your Creator, Founder of the Titans, Ymir Fritz"
Eren was gobsmacked, he can't believe it. What the heck is she saying? Isn't Founder Ymir a teenage girl like him?
"I know you have questions, lots of questions. To answer your first question, this is my true form, my adult form, which I would have gained if I had survived long enough to be an adult, however, you know how the story went."
"So, that teen girl form?", Eren was actually puzzled now.
"Oh, that. Well, you know I was forced to slavery for 2000 years because of the orders of the tyrant King Fritz. I searched for love from him but all I got was insult and betrayal. I truly believed that he will change after our daughters will born but alas, all he did was using me as a weapon to subjugate others. I wished for a power that will help people instead my powers were misused because of that tyrant's control on me. You and Mikasa finally broke that control, so, once again. Thank You!"
Eren merely scratched his head, he doesn't know how to respond.
"No need to respond, my child. If anything, you are my greatest Creation and you proved yourself. It's time. "
"Time? For what?"

Eren just got confused totally but one thing is certain, he is now the Founder and has to make sure that Paradise doesn't get destroyed. He can't let the sacrifice of thousands of Eldians who died for a better Eldia go in vain. He also doesn't want non-Eldians to suffer anymore. At any cost, war and destruction needs to be stopped.
