Green POV
I watched as Second paced around, stress radiating off of him. Hey, I really can't blame him. I would be the same way if Purple went missing...but right now it was getting very annoying. He'd been doing this for hours.
"Sec, you need to chill." I said in a calm voice.
"'Chill'?!" He exclaimed, turning on me, "Red is missing, and you're telling me to chill?!"
"Uh yeah, I am." I shrugged. "We're all stressed, but you're just making it worse."
"I'm making it worse? You haven't even tried thinking of ways to find Red!" He lashed at me.
"Well, at least I'm not a nervous wreck, and I can actually think rationally..." I mumbled under my breath, but that was enough for Second.
"I might be nervous and stressed out, but your comments aren't helping." He growled.
"Good thing I know how to control my emotions. Unlike you." I shot back, standing up from the couch.
"I know how to control my emotions."
"Oh really?" We face each other. "Right now, it doesn't seem like it."
And with those words, he jumped at me, pulling out his sword as he did. I pulled out mine, and just in time, in fact. Just before he could cut me in two, our swords clanged against eachother.
"You will regret that." He hissed, and I threw him off of me.
I ran at him, and we fought, our diamond swords swinging madly at one another. The battle was quite even, both of us around the same level of skill. I was too into the battle.. too into winning, I didn't even care when he started to stop attacking as hard. I didn't notice when I was pushing him into the corner, and how hard he was breathing. I didn't think of how he hates fighting us, and how he hates hurting us.
And then I knocked his sword out of his hands, and I stopped.
"Do you surrender?!" I yelled, wanting the sweet success of victory. Then something weird happened... his eyes. His orange eyes were green. A light green at that. His hair wasn't all orange now. It had more green in it than orange.
I faltered, staring at this strange phenomenon.
"Never." He murmured, and I blinked. His eyes were back to normal. And so was his hair.
'Must have been just a trick of the light...' I decided, and glanced away for one second, and when I looked back Second was halfway across the room, picking up his sword.
"Holy shit-!" I yelled. How the hell did he...? "How the fuck did you get all the way over there?" He wasn't listening though.
And then we were in battle, this time not only with swords. Second had pulled out the TNT. We went back and forth again, till he got lucky.
He pushed me backwards, still advancing, his sword glinting...green? No, it was blue. Diamond blue. I was seeing things.
I was too focused on the sword, I didn't see the TNT, and with a large explosion, I flew into the air, throwing my sword at him as hard as I could..... and time slowed down......I saw Second snapping out of his trance, as he ran towards me, his face filled with guilt, and fear....... I saw my sword flying towards him, and him not seeing it. I saw Yellow and Blue rushing towards us, Blue's scared face, and Yellow's horror-struck one. The ground was fast approaching, and I couldn't do anything about it.
And time went back to normal, and I hit the ground....blacking out.
.......A few minutes, maybe hours, or days later........
