unexpected

Chapter 5

Myles has been so busy in the studio lately. I haven't seen him for a few days. He usually FaceTimes me while he's on break. I love seeing him when he's doing something he loves.

Myles- Hey! Pack your bags, we're going on a road trip.
I haven't known this boy for long and we're already going on roadtrips!?
It's whatever I guess, it'll be fun.
I texted Myles back.
Hannah- okay!
He called me and told me we were staying in a hotel in San Diego with Kalin, Jake and their girlfriends. I packed my bags and a few hours later, Myles pulled in my driveway and we headed toward the airport. We got on the plane and I sat between Jake and Myles. Kalin and Jake's girlfriends were coming tomorrow because they had to work today. We had a 45 minute flight but it would have been a 3 hour drive so we decided a plane would be easier. We went to get our bags in the baggage claim and a few girls were waiting for the boys. We stopped and they took a few pictures with the girls. Some of the girls asked for pictures with me, so I took some pictures too. A few minutes later we went to get a rental car. We drove to the hotel which wasn't that far away. Jake checked in for us and it turned out we had three rooms.
Jake- "The rooms will be Me and Paige, Kalin and Brooke and Myles and Hannah."
He handed us our keys and we all went our separate ways.
"So Myles, why are we in San Diego?"
"Just a little vacation to get away."
This was gonna be good.
I unpacked my things and Myles was on the phone with Kalin. He told me that we were going to grab something to eat. So I got dressed and shortly after we left. We found a Chinese restaurant not too far away from our hotel. While we were eating Jake blurted out, "So are you two dating yet?" We both said no and continued eating. We finished our food and we all walked out the door.
"Hey guys, me and Hannah are gonna go walk around a bit. Meet you at the hotel later."
"Ok" they both said.
Me and Myles intertwined our hands together and started walking around downtown San Diego. It was so pretty. We walked past a bench that over looked the beach. Myles started walking toward the bench so I knew he wanted to sit down.
"So Hannah, i'm sure you're wondering why I haven't asked you to be my girlfriend yet. I haven't asked you yet because I wanted to make sure that you were the one for me and you are. You're perfect in so many ways and i'm so glad that I met you. Would you be my girlfriend?"
"Oh my god Myles, yes of course"
We stood up and hugged for about 5 minutes. We walked back to the hotel and walked into the lobby. Kalin and Jake were sitting in a couch and looked at us when we walked in. Myles held up our hands and said "it's official"
They both congratulated us and Myles and I walked up to our room. We both went and laid on the bed. It's been a long day. We both got ready for bed. Myles had to take a shower so I got in bed before he did. I just scrolled through twitter until he came out. I tweeted.

A few moments later Myles came out of the bathroom and got in bed. I put my phone away and closed my eyes. I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. I snuggled closer to Myles and we both fell asleep.
