Again I heard a metal slice the air and all went silent. I took one deep breath and ducked instantly, feeling the familiar wind. I spun around; leg extended, and came in contact with a pair of legs. Then a thud as my leg continued on, passed the legs. But I heard feet hit the ground from the spot the guy fell from. I quickly jumped and kicked the guy in front of me with both feet, getting a grunt in response, and was pushed back. I immediately rolled onto a guy's back as soon as I flew back. And soon I stood on my feet once again.
After a while of irritating silence, I heard something hit the wind. I bend backwards and smelt iron. Then the smell vanquished and then I bounced back up. As I popped back up, the familiar sound came and I leaned to the left. In that instance, my blade appeared my hand, perfectly placed, as if I had been using this whole time. I jabbed forward and then my blade sounded like it was being sheathed. I pulled out and then slashed upward and something was tore. I began to hear gagging, and I jabbed low into the area of the sound, piercing skin.
I turned and sliced the air in a methodical manner and my blind fold floated helplessly to the ground. I looked at the crowd who gave me a look of shock or amazement. Probably both. I looked to see many jester pile of the carriages. Now stood around twenty jester, all equipped with different weapons. They all had blood thirsty eyes, filled with red of crimson color. My guild now moved in and stood next to me, ready to fight.
One jester yelled attack and all of them charged. Galactus, with his staff in hand, casted a spell that sent lightning, zapping a jester, sending him flying. Galactus, without stopping, spun his staff; it faced another jester and zap! Two jesters moved in on Galactus, who casually smacked both guys and placed his staff, each end on one of the jester. His staff's ends began to glow a green-bluish hue and the jesters began to shake ferociously. Then, as the glow began to increase in volume, the jester began to rise into the air. When the light was as big as a watermelon, it shrunk; pulling the jesters forward, and then it exploded sending the jester to the sky, far away. As the jesters flew, Galactus slammed the bottom of his staff onto the stage, emitting a little earthquake towards the jesters, causing all of them to stumble to the ground. I felt rather uneasy, hearing that familiar sound.
"Oops, sorry about that!" He yelled back to me as Jepidity ran towards him
In perfect sync, Galactus crouched down while Jepidity jumped on to his shoulder. Then Galactus pushed up and Jepidity, following after, jumped of high into the air, going over the downed opponents. As she free fell into the jesters, she pulled out one of her blades, jerked back, making it into a spear. Using her falling speed, she thrusted the spear into a jester's gut, who was perfectly in the middle of the crowd. She landed flawlessly on her spear, sending it deeper into its vessel. The jesters now stood around Jepidity, who was planted like a hawk, with her other blade in hand. She transformed it into the whip blade and now most of the jesters backed away, still maintaining a circle, leaving four brave, yet stupid jesters, each one facing her at different directions. Jepidity launched her whip sword towards one on her left, wrapping the metal around his neck, and pulled him up to the sky above her. While the guy still was in midair, Jepidity latched her whip onto another jester on her right and did the same exact thing to him. The two guys came in contact with each other, crashing their heads together, with a large crack! The one in front of Jepidity, armed with a mace, swung it around, prepared to attack. Jepidity smirked and send her blade towards the spinning mace, causing the mace to revert its path and pelt the jester in the back of his head, one of the spike piercing him in the back go his skull.
Jepidity bent backwards as an arrow flew over her from behind. She then sent her whip towards the origin of where the arrow was shot, getting hold of a jester. Jepidity jumped from her planted spot, high into the air, causing the jester to lie down and replace her spot on the staff. Jepidity landed right on top of him, unlaced her whip from him, transformed it into a spear, and jumped off of him again, but higher up. She thrusted the blade into the jester placed on the staff, also connecting her two weapons, leaving a 12 foot pole. Jepidity was hanging hear the top and flung herself in our direction.
Galactus caught her perfectly in his arms and flung her back onto his shoulder. Cecil, with her bow battle ready, pole vaulted up onto Jepedity's shoulders and jumped onto the upper half of the 12ft pole, wrapping her leg around it. As soon as she wrapped her leg, she spun with such velocity I could feel the wind chastise against me. Her vortex beckoned everything to come in, but only the jesters fell for its call. All but a few got flogged by her pole, most of them flying rag doll like off the stage. Cecil began to slow down as she reached the end of the upper spear. She recoiled up the staff and jumped off the staff towards Jepidity, spinning around her, ending up sitting on her shoulders. They then faced us with Slashara and me with a look of awe at the menacing juxtaposition act before us. Then at the corner on my eye, two jesters had their sights on the puzzle standing in front of us.
Seeing this to, Slashara sent her fast reacting hydra towards one of the jesters, sending him up onto the pole and begin wrapping around his neck. I pulled out my blade gun thingy and shot the other jester who flew back, but look unfazed besides the fact that he was flying back. Slashara's whipped was still extended so I ran towards it, and swung on it in a few circles, gaining momentum. After realizing what I was doing, Slashara began to help mine spin. With the jester surprisingly still flying, I propelled forward, spinning in a ball with my rapier extended. I soar towards the jester with my blade emitting the always helpful green. I passed through the jester who let out an awful grunt, and we both fell to the ground.
I looked around the whole stage, at all the bodies lying about. Yet we don't even have scratch on us. I laughed a little and examined the body of the recent flying jester. Under his goofy clothing was a metal armor. But not just any regular armor, but gold armor. I stripped him off his armor as Slashara was pulling something out of one of the carriage. It was a chest, a little bigger than the one I got my light weight armor from.
In unison we said "Look what I've found!"
