"How is she still alive?" An unfamiliar voice spoke.
"I don't know but the Queen said to leave her be, so don't bother." Another voice said.
I heard footsteps and then a door shut and locked. I recalled the pass events leading up to Talja stabbing me. Yet I felt no pain from the blade that had struck me. I tried to move but my hands seemed to be restricted in the air and my ankles were tied to the ground. Then I realized I was half naked with only undergarments made of leaves. My eyes were sore and were very hard to move. I tried to look around to no avail due to my eyes restriction. Next to me, I heard the door once again open and I heard footsteps and the sound of sandals.
Something walked in front of me, and I literally mean something. It was not human, yet it walked and had the body of the human. But its body was covered in orange fur and a tail emitted from its butt. I moved my head up to see it was a female and it had a human chest. If you know what I mean, and I should stop calling her and it. In hand, she had a bucket and she lunged the opening towards me. Cold water hit my face and I jolted getting all feeling back into my body and eyes.
A roar as loud as a soaring plane came from her mouth "So you're the so called mighty savior, Justalyne? You don't look much."
"Untie me and you'll see." I retorted with a cold voice.
"That is not my choice. Her High Empress is to come in a week to collect you and I am not to kill you. And we can't risk that, can we?" The lioness tittered on.
"Listen here, pussy cat," I mused making the cat's fur stand as she flared "I would suggest letting me go, cause I will get out, and when I do, I will bite off your tail, punch your teeth down your throat, butcher your family, and make a new coat." I was totally bluffing; I'm not that bad of a person...
The Queen slapped me across my face with such strength it was not humanly possible, I adjusted my jaw and looked back to the lion.
"You won't have that chance since you'll be locked up and Alys will have killed you once she has you!" She confidently yelled.
"Don't be so sure about that, I hope your scratch is better than your hissing." I really shouldn't be saying this.
An orange paw dove into my gut, almost touching my spine. I couldn't double over nor can I hold the pain, so I silently screamed. Angry and obnoxiously, the lioness left the room and I began to hear a conversation outside of the room.
"Mom, why do you treat her so badly? This is why us, Pellisnatio, are repugnance and ridiculed by the others!" An innocent voice of about sixteen complained.
"Silence, Jororas! The others are to know their place and that is to be below the feet of the Pellisnatio!" The foolish Queen explained.
"Then why are you obeying the every so wrong and evil command of Her High Empress? She is but another Aminity." Reasoned the smart daughter.
"I don't have time to discuss this manner with you! I have business to attend to!" I heard heavy, angered footsteps move away from the door.
Then in a faint whisper the princess said "I will get you out before Alys comes, I promise."
The repeated pattern of footsteps running away came after and I was alone once again, in a teardrop shape cell made of large leaves. I began to think about the next few days I have until Alys comes and does who knows what to me.
"Where are you mom, I need you..." I said aloud sulking into my chains.
