Chapter 8

The next day

I went back to school like I usually do, but then... I then I saw Weston, with.. Kiana.. I think, she's on to me. I don't know...

this feeling.. someone was watching me, it was Weston. He was walking towards me.. what? He started talking with me

"Hey Bryan... you look.. good today" Weston said as he gave him a warm and loving smile.

"Thanks Weston, I really appreciate it." I said as I returned the warm and loving smile.

I didn't think the most popular boy would look and me and even compliment me.

We continued chatting and sharing jokes, I looked behind Weston and saw Kiana looking at us with a grin in her face.

I began to panic in the inside
"Is he playing tricks on me??? Is she really on to get me?? Is she gonna do to me what she did to Zen?!"
I started to back away from Weston

"Hey, what's wrong why are you backing away from me now?" Said Weston clearly confused.

"Well, I think it's getting a little late for me... I gotta go. I said with my hands clearly shaking.

"Why?? What's wrong?? It's only 10:20 why are you leaving? Do you not like me, cuz I sure like you. Said Weston as panic filled his eyes

"I do.." I said in my mind but couldn't find the words to say it.. I just couldn't.
I began to turn to run but I felt someone grabbing my arm. It was Weston, he was grabbing aggressively.

"Ouch... that hurts.." I said as a painful tear ran down my face.
"I was asking a fucking question." Said Weston with anger in his eyes.

I was very scared at the sight of this.
He saw the fear in my eyes and backed away from me.

"Oh, I'm so sorry Bryan... I didn't mean to do that I just got very angry.."

I started to run away from him to another part of the school.

As I ran I heard whispers. I couldn't make out what they said, I started to slow down and started to make out what they said.

"Is that Bryan?"
"Yeah, what a loser. HAHAHA"
"Why does Weston look at him so much? Jeez his such a frickin loser!"

I looked at them with a blank stare.

As I looked back ahead I accidentally bumped into Sabrina and Cindy.

*Books falling to the floor noise*

"Cindy!, Sabrina!, are you guys all right??" I said as I started to rub my head.

"Yeah I'm alright." Said Cindy as she started to get up.

"Me too! Hehe" Said Sabrina as she started laughing.

"I so glad you guys are okay! I'm so sorry I bumped into you guys!!"

"It's okay" said both Cindy and Sabrina.

They began to talk to me and ask me how I was doing since the operation.

"I'm alright, things are going smoothly, right" I said as i glazed back to them.

"Well I saw you and Weston talking, some explaining to do?" Said Sabrina with a confusion in her eyes.

"I saw Kiana looking at you with a sinister grin, I think she's planning something against you since she knows about the investigations you've been doing" said Sabrina.

"She knows about WHAT? how's it possible I never told anybody than you guys about the investigations and visions.." I said with great fear in my eyes

"You didn't know? Sabrina can you explain this to Bryan please?" said Cindy

"Some has been leaking the information we've gathered about Zens life.. she told the whole school about it. I think it's someone we interviewed, it's the only possible explanation." Said Sabrina.

"Don't worry guys, I got this already handled. I have lots of people I know that I can trust with this." I said with determination in my eyes.

6 hours had passed and I began to head to my house.
I was very tired from speaking to everybody today.
As I entered my house I was greeted by the silence and.. meows? My cat!!

Muffin!!!

Muffin!!

Meow!
Meow!

Where are you! you fur-ball!!
Seriously where are you muffin..

Meowww!!

There you are!

Muffin was locked in a cabinet, again.
Oh well

I started to head to my room and so was muffin.
I fell in my bed, relieved.

Today was a very weird day, I guess tomorrow I'll get help.
