Taehyung was sleeping peacefully while hugging his pillow, but Taehyung groaned when his sleep was disturbed by the phone. He slowly searched for the phone with closed eyes and finally picked up the call without checking the caller ID.

Tae: "Hello, Kim Taehyung speaking," he said in his sleepy voice, unaware the person was watching him on a big monitor to see what he was doing.

Kook: "Good morning, Mr. Kim Taehyung," he purposely said in his deep voice.

Taehyung’s eyes widened, and he suddenly felt so hot in his room because of his hormones. He quickly sat up on the bed and cleared his throat, while Jungkook watched everything on the big monitor with a crazy smile on his face.

Tae: "Y-Yes, w-who is this?" He hit his face with his soft hands for stuttering, but then he heard soft chuckles. Taehyung smiled unknowingly, but upon realising it, he slapped his mouth with his hand. Jungkook was thoroughly enjoying the morning show, but decided to speak professionally now.

Kook: "Umm, hi Mr. Kim Taehyung. I’m Jeon Jungkook, and nice to meet you again. Actually, we have a deal to collaborate with Min's Corporation, and since my hyung is out of the country right now, I’m taking care of his company. Can you tell me, Taehyung, when you'll be free so I can fix the date for the deal?"

Tae: "Yes, of course, Jungkook. I’ll be free the day after tomorrow. And also, can we fix our deal at a café, if you’re comfortable?" he asked. And who's gonna delay Taehyung now? No one. And definitely not the great Jeon Jungkook—he’s never letting this kind of opportunity go.

Kook: "Sure, share the location of the café and the time. I’ll be there."

Tae: "Okay."

Kook: "Okay, bye. See you."

Tae: "Yeah, bye. See you too." He hung up the call, blinked his eyes twice, and soon left for the bathroom.

Meanwhile, Jungkook ended the call and smiled widely.

Kook: "He asked me to meet outside, and now it’s only 𝘔𝘺 𝘚𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘬 and me. No one else." Jungkook mumbled and threw himself on the bed.

Taehyung was in his office checking the files when he suddenly received a video call from his parents. Taehyung smiled and picked up the call, seeing his parents smiling at him, and he smiled back.

Tae: "Hello, Mom and Dad."

"Tae-seon: Tae, are you eating properly? Your face looks pale and different. Are you overworking yourself too much?"

Tae: "No—" he was about to say, but—

Min-ah: "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU, KIM TAEHYUNG?! DON’T OVERWORK YOURSELF AND DON’T SKIP YOUR MEALS, DON’T I?!" She shouted at Taehyung without giving him a chance to speak.

"Tae: Mom, please. It’s not like that. I was being forced to wear makeup by Jimin and Lisa—they forced me to wear it."

Min-ah: "Awww, I’m sorry, bear. I’ll scold them, don’t worry, okay?"

Tae-seon: "Yes, bear, I’ll scold them too."

They talked for a while, and Taehyung ended the call and resumed checking his files.

He was checking some important files when suddenly Yoongi called him, so he picked up the call.

Kook: "Hello, hyung."

"Yoongi: "Hello, Kook. I found some information, but it’s not complete. Be careful and alert our security. Someone is planning to attack us, but I don’t have clear details. Also, send a few guards to Taehyung’s house—we don’t know who they’re targeting. Be alert, Kook."

Kook: "Okay, hyung. If you get any more information, inform me immediately."

Yoongi: "I will, Kook. Take care." He hung up the call.
