AppleJack stood there in front of all of them.They all were looking at her.
"Ok I've got some good news an some bad news for yall."AppleJack stated.
"Is it bad?"Windy whistles asked.
"Well let's start with the good news.Rainbow Dash will be ok it is severe but nothing life changing."AppleJack stated honestly.
"However the bad news is that she tore her ACL in her knee and broke her ankle.Both of her injuries require surgery."AppleJack looked at everyone's faces.
Rainbows parents were shocked and scared.
Twillight was shocked and looked nervous.
Sunset was very shocked.
Rarity was just sitting there emotionless.
Fluttershy was crying.
And Pinkie was sipping on a juice box(that she pulled out of her hair) really loudly and slowly.
"Can we go see her?" Asked sunset.
"Yes but only 3 at a time and her parents have to go first."
"Let's go then"
Chapter 5:meeting up with rainbow
Rainbow Dashes parents and AppleJack went in to room 236 After Rainbow dash was moved from the EOR.
"Dashie!"windy whistle calls out to Rainbow Dash.
"Hey mom!"
"How are you sport?"asked Hot-Hoof.
"OK but my ankle and knee really hurt."
"Why didn't your knee hurt before?"
"My ankle hurt SO much it didn't give body time to react to my knee."Rainbow Dash stated repeating what the doctor had said.
"Yes she going to require surgery."The nurse in the room added.
"OK let's get those paper signed then"windy whistles told the nurse.
Rainbow Dash was in less pain now that she had her medication.But it still hurt.She didn't know when it wouldn't hurt especially if she was going to have surgery.
"How you feelin now sugar cube?" AppleJack looked at Rainbow Dash waiting for a response.
After a minute or 2 Rainbow Dash responded.
"Ok I guess."
"What do you mean ("I guess")."
"Well..I am in the hospital my ankle and knee both really hurt and I am going to have surgery.So that is my best answer."
One thing AppleJack always sorta liked about rainbow dash (that she kept a secret from the others) is that she was never afraid to say what is on her mind.
"Alright sugar cube try to relax now.."
Rainbow Dash couldn't relax.she just couldn't.She felt like the whole world was crumbling.The doctor told her she would be able to do sports again most likely.Rainbow Dash knew it was a 50/50 chance of doing sports again.She was afraid of how the surgery would workout.
Rainbow Dashes train of thoughts got interrupted by her mom.
"Ok dashie you are now able to have surgery."
"You ready Mrs dash?"
"Yes I'm ready."
