A ceramic plate was set in front of Lover, seasoned fish in the center surrounded by oil; spinach gathering on top. She looked at the food for a moment before turning back to the waiter, who was setting down another full of blackened chicken and rice for Reputation. She was about to protest her food but was met with interruption. "Your tilapia florentine and cajun chicken rice bowl ladies." He walked off to the table a few feet away before she could say anything.

"Everything okay?" Reputation had mumbled, taking a mouth full of rice, gazing at her girlfriend with concern. Lover shrugged, digging her fork into the baked fish, poking at it; hand cupping her cheek. "I know that look." Reputation gulped it down, licking her lips of access grease, glaring at Lover, trying to get something out. She sighed.

"This just..." Her words trailed off, seeming to not want to cause an argument. Lover looked down, staring at the ground below her. Groaning, she felt Reputation still keeping her eyes locked on her. "This just wasn't what I ordered." Taking her fork out, Lover chomped down on the bits of food on the edges,

"Do you want me to tell the waiter?" Reputation scoffed, upset with the situation Lover was put in as she knew her girlfriend had trouble with confrontation; despite being able to help with every other problem but her own. Lover popped her head up, shaking it profusely.

"No, no, no. Please no." Her voice had a pleading tone to it, words whispering; trying not to cause a scene. Clenching her teeth, Reputation let out a disgruntled breath, trying to keep her cool from how her girlfriend was acting.

"I don't understand Lov, if I was in your situation you would be jumping to your feet, practically shutting this place down." She rolled her eyes, stuffing her face with chicken. Lover didn't respond, just kept playing with her food before eating. "Is it at least good?" She shrugged.

"It's alright. Not a big fan of fish."

"You are insufferable." Reputation spoke lightheartedly, trying not to upset Lover more than she already was. "Look, I'll help you out first." She waved to the worker who was about to go back to the kitchen. "Sir!" Coming over he gleamed at the ladies, holding a tray of dirty dishes.

"Is something the matter?" Reputation had a stern demeanor to her language.

"Yes, actually, my wonderfu-" She was cut off by Lover scrambling her hands across the table, jumping up.

"Nothing! Everything's great! Thank you so much!" She laughed off the scene she just caused; a few tables next to her staring in confusion. The waiter had an even more confused look.

"Are you sure ma'am? Because I-"

"Yes, yes!" She rested her hand on her jaw, trying to act innocent. "Everything is fine." She exhaled a long breath, closing her eyes. Nodding, the man took off, leaving the two women alone once again. Reputation huffed, glaring at Lover. "Sorry." She dug her fork into the spinach, forcing it down as her girlfriend rolled her eyes, groaning.

"I was just trying to help Lov!" Reputation protested; Lover pouting her way to the driver's seat outside of the restaurant.

Clutching the handle she turned, her gaze softening. "I know, and I really appreciate it but-" She swallowed her spit. "But I don't need your help Rep, I'm a grown woman." Reputation bit the inside of the cheek, chewing on the muscle.

"I hate seeing you let people walk all over you." Lover began to laugh hysterically, throwing her head back.

"For the love of god Rep it was just a wrong order! I ate it too!"
