the next day at school was shit. you got no sleep, got high as fuck at the party, and HUNG OUT WITH YOUR ENEMY. who the fuck were you last night.

your classmates and teachers took notice of your behavior and, hopefully, thought it was a normal thing. then lunch came around and you tiredly sulked your way to the cafeteria, but not before you hear an oddly cheerful voice call out to you.

"hey [name], wait up!"

you turn around and see a girl with brown hair with pink chubby cheeks come your way. her big brown doe eyes and big smile made you squint at the sunshine brightness she was giving off.

'so bright ...' you thought as you blocked your eyes from the light.

"I dont think we met yet! im ochako uraraka, its nice to meet you [name]!" she shook your hand eagerly with a bright smile, making you squint your eyes again as if the shining aura around her became more brighter.

'first name basis already..?' you thought nervously.

"um-"

"wanna sit with me and my friends at lunch?" uraraka asked before you could respond.

"oh! uh- I dont-"

"cmon! you'll love it!" uraraka interrupted you again as she pulled you to the cafeteria and to her table where, as you guessed, her friends sat.

"girls, this is [name]," uraraka showed you off to her friends but then nervously scratched the back of her head. "as you already know already.."

you awkwardly wave at them and give them a small smile. "hey..."

"its nice to finally meet you, [lastname]. im momo yaoyorozu. i apologize for not introducing myself to you the other day, but I hope to get to know you during your stay here." a girl with a high ponytail said softly with a gentle smile on her face as she looked up at you.

' mommy figure? '

"uh.. you're good-"

"HEYO!! im mina ashido! do you dance? i can teach you! im the best dancer out there, so I can teach you a few tips and tricks! OH MY GOD- WANNA JOIN US FOR MOVIE NIGHT FRIDAY?!-"

"jeez mina, chill out. cant you see you're overwhelming her?" a girl with short purple hair with jacks replacing her earlobes said. the earjack girl sighed and looked up at you as she laid her cheek in the palm of her hand. "im kyoka jirou. nice to meet you."

' I think im inlove . '

"likewise." you smiled.

"and im toru hagakure! its so good to have another girl in our class! we've been waiting for so longgg." you turn your head to the sound of another voice and see.. a floating uniform...? were you seeing this right?

"um.. why are you invisible?" you tilted your head with your face painted in confusion.

"oh! its part of my quirk, invisibility. its pretty self explanatory so.. you get the gist."

you nodded your head and sit down at the table. you pulled out your lunch and ate silently as the girls talked amongst themselves.

it felt weird eating with other people who aren't your friends, but hopefully you'll grow used to it. gotta spend the rest of your highschool years here anyway, so might as well try and get to know everyone right?

whats the worst that could happen?
