A RAISE

~Zeros point of view~

I was working with Owen when I got suddenly called up to the main office...
A bit worried of the news I was about to receive I hesitated but jumped into my range rover decorated in the parks logos and drove up to the walk ways of the park.
I slowly walked into the office where I saw Clair in a big chair talking on the phone, I knocked loudly and when she looked up and saw me she waved me in, pointing to the seat positioned in front of her desk.
She said goodbye to the person on her phone before giving me a huge suspicious smile that I didn't really like the looks of...

She began to talk, but the sly cheeky almost sound of her voice made me even more worried than I was when I got the call;
"Zero.. Zero.. Zero... She paused, and continued-
I've got a proposition for you..."
I nodded letting her know to continue,
"I want you to take care of my nephews for the winter break whilst they are up here, I will give you a raise and instead of staying in the no doubt grubby shack you live in.. You can stay in the resort with whom ever you wish, although you will have separated bedrooms."
My jaw dropped at this point when I started to nod my head slowly, still in shock from what she had just offered.

I was a little insulted that she had said 'grubby shack' but living in the resort was gunna be cool, even if I had to take care of two little kids.

She spoke again, "that's the deal and you must be nice to them.. If I hear anything bad the deal is off and your back to normal, YES?" She asked
I nodded again.

"Their names are Zach and Gray Mitchell, they will be here tomorrow on the first boat, I will bring them to you just as work begins,

Until then, pack your things"

She passed me a set of hotel keycards that had the numbers 4559-4560
those must be my rooms.
I got up politely saying thank you and walking out, as soon as I was out of sight I bolted to my car driving as fast as I could back to the raptor environment.
