Zachs Point of view ~
In a matter of hours my whole world had changed. I had met a girl, lost my girlfriend, jumped off a waterfall and almost eaten by a dinosaur; not once.. but twice.
I had felt my courage rise and fall as I tried to take care of Gray and keep my witts about me.
Zero had come to rescue us along with my aunt and Owen who I now remembered as the man on the radio when I first met Zero.
Luckily it wasn't at all what I thought when it came to the pairs relationship, quite the opposite.
Owen actually had a rather steady love hate thing going for my aunt and zilch feelings for the girl who I had grown so fond of.
It was complete hell when the Indominus Rex actually made its way into the park and without Grays knowledge of dinosaurs and Zeros quick thinking we would probably be dead.
She had run to get more teeth, her friend, the T-Rex.
Ultimately we won and in those last few hours as medical checked over injured survivors and family came to collect their loved ones did I think I would never see this beautiful quirky girl again.
Maybe I wasn't ready to share commitment with a girl because I hadn't met the right one. Maybe I should tell her how I feel and it would ensure us a future?
But it was too late, my mom and dad had arrived and I couldn't find Zero quick enough to tell her how I felt before we were on one of the next plains out.
I saw my aunt and Owen getting cosy, I was certain that they made a good team..
Right as I boarded the plain I saw her, through a crowed of people, speaking to Owen.
My heart thumped like how girls explain it when it happens in a chick flick, I couldn't take my eyes off of her, even when I boarded. I just watched her from out the window.
We hadn't even gotten to say thank you,
Or goodbye.
I knew this wasn't the end though, I would see this girl again.
The girl who cried in my arms over something I still don't know about, who slept beside me, saved my life and had completely changed my mind of the female species.
I would find her again.
