Chapter 4

Zoe pov

It's been a week since the incident. Miles was already awake after some hours since he was badly hurt. On the other hand Bose was looking that good. He hasn't shown any signs of waking up. Schwouz tried everything but didn't find anything to why he's not waking up.
Belle has been trying to stay calm because of her pregnancy. We've all been trying to cheer her up. Mika has been on the computer, trying to figure out anything about who the guy might be but nothing. Miles was able to describe a little about the guy.
Just that thw guy is powerful and wears a very scary mask but other than that nothing. Ray has been stressed ever since he found out. He's like a father to them and he has been with them for a long time and so I understand why he feels that way.
After all those years of peace and quiet, suddenly this. Why is this happening. I lost Buddy and now will I loose Bose too. I can't keep loosing my family.

"Guys I think I found something." Mika said pointing on the big screen.

"I was able to go through some security cameras to see if I can find the guy. After Miles teleported Bose out, he turned towards the camera and just pointed at it." Mika explained.

"He's saying we're next obviously. Miles was right that mask is scary." Chapa added.

"He's coming after us. If he did that to Bose, what do you think he'll do to us." Miles said.

"I don't care who that bastard is. I'm not letting him hurt anyone else, not while I'm still alive. He will pay for what he did to Bose." Chapa said and angrily walked out.

"She's hurt." Belle said.

"He and Bose were close friends. She just needs time. What are we going to do now.?" Mika said.

"Nothing. We just need to stay safe. We can't risk going out there after someone we don't know more about. We need a plan." I said.
I didn't know what to do. I just needed to keep everyone calm.

"Dsisy and I will go back to Neighbourville because of our exams but once we're done. We'll be back. Mika please look after Chapa. I have a feeling she'll try something reckless." I said.
Miles was able to teleport us back home.

"We are finally done with our exams. All we have to do is wait for our graduation and I open my business." Daisy said with excitement.

"I know right. This is great." I said.

"Have you heard from the others. Hows is Bose doing.?" Daisy asked.

"They are good but Bose still hasn't woken up. I actually wanted to go back to Swellview this weekend and stay with them for a while. Wanna come. I'm sure Miles will be happy to see you." I said. Daisy has had a crush on Miles ever since she met him and so does Miles but these two are too stubborn to communicate.

"I will go with you but not because of Miles." She said.

"Whatever you say, Daisy." I said.
Daisy walked out of the cafe and we walked home together.

The weekend was finally here and Daisy and I were back in Swellview. We had to stick together because we had to figure out who this guy really is and why did he hurt Bose.

"We need a break guys. We have searching and investigating for days since that day. We need a break." Belle suggested and she was actually right.

"She's right guys. This has gotten us nowhere. We need to have a clear mind to do this. We all need some rest." Daisy concluded.

"I'm not resting until Justice is served for Bose. He's been laying in freaking bed for a week now with no improvement. I'm honna find that monster and I'm gonna end him." Chapa yelled.

This has gotten us nowhere. With all the yelling and stress, I don't think I could take it anymore. Where is Ray when you need him. He and Mika have been out for so long. They are the only ones that can keep control around. Well Mika of course since Ray is basically a child.
Suddenly my phone rang, it was Mika.

Hey Mika

We need back up now. Ray and I are under attack.

"Guys Mika and Ray need help now. She called. You two have to go now!" I yelled.

Chapa and Miles popped a gumball and Miles teleported them to Mika.

"Please not again. They have to get out of there." Daisy said.
I have to think of something or else we my loose someone and I can't go through that again.
"I'm going to help them." I said.

"Are you crazy. Are you trying to get yourself killed.!" Belle yelled.

"I have to ok. I'm not loosing anyone else ok. I'll be fine." I said and took one of Schwouz device which teleported me to the location where Mika called from.

I found the guys hurt and struggling to get up. I lifted my head and suddenly came face to face with the monster. The guy who hurt Bose but he was not alone this time.

"If it isn't Zoe. How is life after those years. Hope you had time to grieve." It was the guy from the bakery that day.

"Who are you and what do you want with us.?" I asked.

"Where are my manners. My name is Neon and this is my brother Leon and what I want is to end all heroes starting with you people first. This is basically my plan but only for now. Now you can choose to go back or perish with them." He said.

"Are you always this talkative. Why don't you let your brother say something." I said.

"He doesn't feel like talking today. He only feels like destroying something." Neon said.
His brother pointed his hand on our direction and a powerful power came out of his hands. Before he could blast it towards us, I clicked Schwouz device again which transported all of us back to the hideout.
The girls and I helped the others on their feet. Good thing they were not badly hurt.

"I don't know what kind of power that was but I have felt so drained and weak." Ray said.

"I'm just glad you're all ok." I said.

"Not all of us." Miles said holding his sister, Mika. She was laying unconscious in his arms. This isn't happening again.
