Stan ran down his stairs and quickly unlocked his front door. He grabbed his bike off the front lawn and started the short journey to the tozier house hold.
Richie's parents were out on another business trip, nobody knew about 'the business trips' well nobody but stan. But stan isn't just a nobody, he's Richie's best friend. And he earned that title.
Stan knocked on the door. But to his suprised it just creaked open. He sighed and walked into the house, he shut the door behind him grabbing the key out from the welcome mat. He locked the door and then made his way up to Richie's room.
"Rich?" he said softly knocking gently on his door.
"come in" richie's voice cracked.
Stan walked in to see his boy, broken on the floor.
"oh rich" stan sat next to him engulfing the boy in a hug.
Richie sobbed softly into stans shirt.
"it's ok let it all out" he rubbed circles into the broken tozier.
Richie was laying with his head in stan's lap as the Uris boy whispered words of encouragement to the Tozier boy.
After Richie had calmed down they both made there way into Richie's basement to do something more fun than sulking over some boy.

bev: where's richie?
