Kialiya POV:
I arrive at the castle and park my bike. As I walk up to the doors of the castle 2 guards stop me. "I'm here for a job, I want to be the princesses personal guard." I say before the guards can speak. "Ok, I don't see how you could protect the princess." Guard 1 states and I roll my eyes 'Rude'. "Enter to the throne room." Guard 2 says with a quick and stiff smile.
I walk into the throne room and see a beautiful woman, who you can tell is on the older side but still has a young look to herself, talking to a girl, about early teen maybe, and a bearded man getting his cup filled with a brown liquid while a handsome young man is sitting off to the side of the beautiful woman reading.

I clear my throat a little. "Hi, I'm here for the job of being the princesses personal guard?" The girl turns and as she sees me she smiles and blurts out. "You're so pretty, you can fight?" I can't help but smile at her. "Yes dear, it's a good skill to know, you are quite angelic yourself." The girl smiles and sits next to the young man. The young man puts his book down and looks at the girl, talking to her while smiling and making her giggle.
The woman looks at me and smiles warmly. "Tell me dear, have you been in any kind of trouble, life threatening wise?" I look at her as she speaks. "Not often but I believe I have had a couple incidents." I answer truthfully. "Do you believe you can protect my daughter?" Ok, the woman is the Queen, I thought so, and the girl is the princess, she is so kind and sweet. "Yes." The Queen nods her head slightly. "Ok, well I may have more questions later on but right now I don't think you seem bad, you seem very kind but also strong and capable, we will see how my daughter feels with you around." The Queen nods her head to release the girl and the young man, who I'm guessing is the prince, the princess's older brother.
Before the royal children walk away the Queen turns towards them. "Alinto, show this kind young lady to the room she will be sleeping in please darling?" The prince, who I'm guessing is Alinto, turns towards his mother. "Yes mother, miss, follow me please?" The King finally pays attention and makes himself known. "Wait!" He booms and the princess flinches a little and grabs her brother who grabs his sister and the Queen grips the arm of her throne. "What is your name young thing?" He inquires. "I am Kialiya, I am just barely 18." I say the last bit not wanting to hold the royal siblings in the king's presence any longer, knowing how the trauma from a person like the king can be and worrying for the princess.
"Ok, you may leave now, shoo peasant!" The King uses his hand and makes a shooing gesture as he gets his cup filled again. I quickly walk with my head down towards the royal siblings and when we make it out of the throne room I relift it a little and wait for Alinto to lead me to my room. "I apologize for my father and the way he spoke to you." Alinto speaks up as he grabs his sister's hand and leads me to my room.
"It's fine your majesty, he is the king, he isn't wrong." I don't want to say anything to make me get kicked out. The prince turns abruptly. "It isn't ok, he is wrong, you should never treat the people of your kingdom that way!" The prince says with a slight fire behind his eyes and the princess hugs him to calm him down. "I'm sorry, I didn't want to upset you at first, that's why I said what I said, I actually agree with you." I bow my head a little. "Don't bow your head, also don't call me your majesty, I'm Alinto." Alinto puts his hand out for a hand shake and I shake it. "Kialiya, nice to meet you Alinto." "Nice to meet you as well Kialiya." We finally make it to my room which is in fact across the hall from the princesses.
Alinto opens the door and the inside of the room is beautiful. The bed is covered in nice dark velvety black sheets and the walls are a nice burgundy color. The whole color scheme is like it was made for me. Black, dark reds of many shades, blues, and dark greens that would match a night sky lit forest.
"I'm guessing you like it?" Alinto says and I realize I'm staring around the room. "It's beautiful." I say and clear my throat looking at the siblings. "Here is my room, and I'm Linali!" The princess says with a small smile as she opens her door and shows me her room. It was a light aura of white, green and had black mixed in. "Pretty name for a pretty girl, your room matches you." I say smiling at Linali.
