As me and the guy's left the apartment we walked and they started talking about their guitars and a new gig they had going on in a club where they could perform. As I walked in silence Kirk tapped on my shoulder and said to me

" Hey you seem distracted what's up?" As I said " Your really going to ask a Stranger that?"

As I giggled to myself. The other guy's didn't even bother looking at us they just kept talking about I don't know what. As Kirk responded he said

" well this stranger looks tired and I'm looking out for her." I responded " I left my siblings alone with our aunt, those kids mean the world to me I raised them practically."

As Kirk stared at me and I kept looking forward, he said " Don't worry I bet there ok, I'm not trying to be noisy but Cliff told me about you and your situation. Not all of it don't worry, but you deserve this that's all I know and can think off. You have been through some stuff and
deserve to have fun it's alright to feel sad."

As he put his arm over my neck I felt butterflies in my stomach he was cute but god, I never felt this way before especially some new guy that I barely know and just entered my cousin's band. As we continued to walk on the side walk the guys asked me some dumb questions and just hung out for a while meanwhile we got to a restaurant. As we walked we ran into someone we wouldn't have expected.

Dave, I met him before, he was really desperate to be with me when I clearly rejected him because of his problems and alcohol issues. When he saw the guys he just gave them a bad look especially to Kirk , but when he saw me he looked like he had glitter in his eyes and said " Maxine when did you come back??"

I had lived here for a while that's how he knows me. My mother had taken me and Charlotte here for a while. yet Cliffs mom was here so me and Cliff were hella close back then. We still are, just haven't talked.

As he got closer he was about grab my hand when Cliff stepped in front of him and said " No Dave your not going to mess her up like you did with every other girl you broke."

As Dave rolled his eyes at him and pushed him off and grabbed my arm and said " you want to be with me right Maxine??"

As he grabbed my arm I had my recent bruise that my father had caused the day before. As I felt his hand add more pressure Kirk grabbed his arm and pushed him off and said

" leave her alone you have no right to even touch her" he said, Dave responded and said " why should I listen to a nobody like you, your just a dick with no balls to even do something."

As the two of them look face to face. I grabbed Kirks arm and said "Just leave him he's not worth our time."

As I gave him a death stare and the others just looked at him in anger. After Dave heard me and he said

" Your going to regret this Max." As he pushed Kirk out of the way and marched off. I looked at Kirk and said "are you okay" he nodded and when I looked at Cliff and said "Yeah I'm okay too thanks for asking." I said laughing "

Sorry I forgot you were here for a second." I smiled for a bit and didn't realize I was holding Kirks hand. James noticed and said

" you have a girlfriend already Kirk ?" As he said laughing. When he noticed we were holding hands he let go and blushed a bit, god he was adorable.

As we walked further to a restaurant we instead went to a club and knocked our selfs out. I had started to drink some beers meanwhile the others were doing god knows what. Kirk on the other hand was sober.

He had noticed I had one to many drinks and came to me and said

" Maxine are you okay?" And I said "Of course I am kirkyyy" he noticed I was drunk and responded "let's go back to the apartment alright the others will come back soon."

As I whined and whined he just picked me up and took me home on a taxi. Once we got back he opened the door and placed me on his bedroom since all of the guys shared the apartment.

He placed me on his bed and took my shoes off and my jacket. I fell asleep immediately, him on the other hand just took his shirt off and got in bed with me. I felt his warm body close to mine but not exactly touching as my eyes felt heavy I fell asleep until the next day.

( Omg Second part is finally done hopefully you guys liked it Im still working on some things for sure I edited the first part as I didn't double check but yeah I will upload two more parts today maybe so keep an eye out for that 😋)
