Parenthood is rough. Really rough. Especially when you're doing it in front of the whole world. Lando and Anastasia didn't see themselves as parents when they first met. They didn't even see themselves as parents the night before Anastasia found out she was pregnant. But, they've never been happier. Since the moment Vienna was born, Anastasia and Lando have been spoiling her more than a royal princess.
Technically, Vienna was royalty. Anastasia was on the verge of outselling even some of the biggest male artists in history, and Lando was climbing through the championship ranks like it was child's play. Everyone could look at the happy family and think they were perfect. Anastasia was glowing, Lando was laughing in every picture caught of him in the paddock, and Vienna was the perfect combination of her two model-esque parents.
Pictures never tell the full story, though. Anastasia is bending over backwards, juggling trying to produce an award-worthy album as well as putting on another iconic tour. Lando has the entire McLaren team on his shoulders pushing for a championship, another podium, another win. Vienna spends more time with her aunts and uncles or a hired sitter most days.
Lando and Ana's relationship felt more like a publicity stunt than anything nowadays. Smiling and waving for the camera, filming a viral couple's quiz, showing off their daughter's elaborate princess dress collection to Vogue. It was all such surface-level bullshit and it was driving them both insane.
Everyone in their families and friend groups can see it. It's not like they're even trying to hide their misery anymore. But what they don't know is their best friends' secret plan to get them to fall back in love with each other.
Anastasia and Lando want to love each other again. They desperately crave the absolute obsession they felt with each other when they'd first met. They're soulmates. Right?
