Daring jolted upward. What was that dream? Who is this Vivir they saw? Daring slid off her cot, to her feet. She looked at her hand, seeing small particles of Lightning come from her hand. Good, I still have it, She grabbed her sword and sheath and headed outside, at the same time as Nightwing and Navy exited their cabin. I must be still dreaming, what are they doing up this early?

"Oh quiet, I know what you're gonna say," He yawned before continuing, "I had a rough sleep, okay,"

"Strange dream as well?"

"Wait what-you-were-i-in my dream?"

"Great, any idea who this Vivir is?" She asked.

"If she's real, she didn't exactly tell us where to find her," He answered, "This could all just be a bizarre dream,"

"Probably was, wanna join me in patrolling our boundaries?"

"Wait," He shot a small ice pellet from his hand towards the forest, "Alright, let's go,"

"Something came through this way," It was Nightwing. They both investigated the tracks in the ground and surroundings, "and it wasn't just one person, but an entire army,"

"Come on, let's check it out," She encouraged.

"Shouldn't we get the others through? We don't know what this is,"

"We aren't gonna engaged in battle, we're just gonna watch and follow," She assured, "Now come on," Without waiting, she took off walking toward the tracks. For the whole walk, Nightwing didn't say anything making the trip quiet. The tracks took them around the old Raiders camp bringing unwanted memories back into her head. She never wanted to see this place, it only reminded her of all the innocent lives the Raiders have taken and the countless battles they fought against them. When will this ever end? When will they ever get to live their lives in peace?

"This is way out of our camp's territories," Nightwing pointed out, heaving hard from the climb up the mountain, "Is this our concern?"

"Yes, This could be a new threat arising,"

"Wait, no, I'm sorry, I can't go through with this," She turned back towards him as he stopped dead in his tracks, "It was just a dream!" His voice sounded furious, "None of it was real!"

"Is that what you think? You think I came out here 'cause of the dream!" Clouds started to form above them followed by two lightning bolts landing beside her. "You would rather sit in camp letting a potential new threat rise than investigate?"

"You know what else travels in large groups, towns, other camps! Not some stupid undead army,"

"And what if one of those groups wants to attack?"

"Am I interrupting anything?" Surprised by a new voice, she turned around and saw a cloaked figure.

"Who are you?" Nightwing asked, still furious from their recent debate.

"Oh, I'm Vivir," She introduced herself, "Say, you two seem familiar, have we met before?" Around them, zombies started forming into organized ranks, coming from all sides. Hundreds, thousands of them. There were too many of them to fight. The dream was real. Lightning struck on both sides of her, then channeled towards Vivir. However, Vivir put out her hand, reverting the lightning at them. Daring quickly ducked, dodging the bolt. "Is that what you do, Fight your enemy blindly?" Vivir taunted. "Your powers do nothing against me,"

"Then let's see how you do against this!" Nightwing arose Ice Spikes from the ground. Vivir's eyes quickly switched to the ground, dodging and rolling out of the way of the Ice. Once the spikes had fully emerged, she put her hands out, pushing them over toward them, "Look out! "He quickly raised a wall of ice, in an attempt to block the falling ice spike, but it only knocked the wall down as well. Both she and Nightwing dodged the side. Our powers are useless against her. She's never felt this powerless before except for when her parents died.

"What do you want Vivir?" She asked, enraged. She pulled her sword taking a step towards her.

"A perfect world, one where everyone listens to me," At her command, the zombies backed up allowing an opening, "I'll give you a chance, you can ignore me and continue to fight and I will have you destroyed or you can stay out of my way and we can become allies or friends in my perfect world,"

"Why, why are you just letting us leave?" Nightwing asked, "You know we can't accept those terms, what's your plan here?"

"I assure you, this is no trick. Just stay out of my way and I will let you live in peace,"

"Come on Nightwing, let's just go before she changes her mind," Daring started to climb down the mountain. She looked back seeing her brother right behind her.

"Something feels off, why would she just let us leave? She knows we won't accept those terms, she could have easily finished us off,"

"I don't know either, but if we stayed, she would have just killed us both," She went on, "Just watch your back, we could be being trailed," Instinctively, she glanced back behind her at the mountaintop. Vivir was standing on top, looking down at them. This new threat was like nothing they had seen. This wasn't Calamity wanting revenge for his son or the Raiders taking towns hostage and killing innocent people. This was a real threat, one they couldn't just rely on their powers.
