You are aware of the ancient dance practiced by the sun-breathing users. I recently stumbled upon a tome that revealed your name, and with that knowledge, let us return to our duel, a contest of sheer might. You stated. Kokushibo responded, "Are you familiar with Michikatsu?" You replied, "Not in detail, but I know he transformed into a demon." Kokushibo continued, "As the sun ascends, I shall postpone our battle for now, but rest assured, we shall clash again in the future. I may fade from your memory, so remember this: I am Tsugikuni Michikatsu, the moon-breathing user who embraced demonhood to surpass his brother." You retorted, "Certainly, but do try not to perish, you old fool." With that, Kokushibo—rather, Michikatsu—departed, having had the power to end you in an instant, yet choosing restraint.
In a bold move, you seized one of his eyes. With this trophy in hand, you made your way to Iguro-san's residence, returning the sword. Subsequently, you arrived at the Butterfly Mansion, where concern for your well-being was palpable. You recounted your encounter, omitting the fact that the demon you faced was an upper moon. Presenting the eyes to Shinobu, you said, "Kocho-san, I wish for you to transplant this eye onto Mitsuha." Shinobu replied, "L/N-san, it will be challenging, but I promise to give it my utmost effort." You smiled and remarked, "They must be on their way."
After bidding farewell to everyone, you set off to Iguro-san's house accompanied by Kanroji-san. As you conversed, you noticed her cheeks flush with color when you mentioned your destination, a delightful sight indeed.
-At his house-
Iguro-san gracefully opened the gate, exclaiming, "Ah, it is L/N and Kanroji." Both you and Kanroji exchanged warm greetings before settling into the inviting ambiance of the living room. You recounted your recent encounter with Upper Moon 1, urging them to keep the details confidential.
After a brief moment, you left Kanroji and Iguro-san to their conversation and hurried home, where you found Muichiro-kun immersed in training. Upon noticing your arrival, he eagerly called out, "Y/N-san, please train with me!" With a playful smile, you responded, "Oh my, oh my! Of course, Muichiro-kun." The two of you engaged in a spirited duel with wooden swords, and to your delight, you emerged victorious. Though Muichiro felt a twinge of disappointment, both your hearts raced at the sound of the doorbell ringing.
You and Muichiro-kun dashed to the door, and upon opening it, you were enveloped in a heartfelt embrace from none other than your lovely daughter, Tokito Mitsuha.
Concern etched on Muichiro's face, he asked, "Mitsuha, what happened? Are you hurt? Was the selection difficult? I'm so relieved you returned safely." You echoed his sentiments, "Indeed, I was quite worried. I'm grateful Tsugikuni didn't harm you." Mitsuha reassured you both, "Y/N-san, Muichiro-san, I'm perfectly fine, as you can see. I am now an official demon slayer!"
With a sigh of relief, you inquired, "Thank goodness! How many demons did you defeat?" Mitsuha proudly replied, "I took down three of them; it was a piece of cake." Muichiro interjected, "Thank the heavens! By the way, Y/N-san, I believe Mitsuha must be hungry."
"Of course, Muichiro-kun! What would you like to eat, Mitsuha?" you asked. She pondered for a moment before responding, "Umm... I suppose Ohagi, as I adore it." You nodded, "Ohagi it is! By the way, was Tsuyuri-san present?" Mitsuha confirmed, "Yes, I sensed her presence."
You set off to procure the ingredients for Ohagi, indulging your beloved daughter, who had become a tad spoiled—though you couldn't help but smile, recalling your own youthful indulgences
You were well aware of Tomioka-san's introverted nature, and it seemed prudent for him to cultivate friendships, especially since many of the Hashira found his demeanor off-putting. Thus, you considered it a noble endeavor to extend your hand in friendship. Leaving Mitsuha, Muichiro-kun, and Tomioka-san in a solitary room, an enveloping silence filled the air until you entered, bearing a sumptuous meal for the four of you.
As you all gathered around the table, you sought to ignite a conversation, inquiring, "So, Tomioka-san, how did your recent mission unfold?" He responded with a nonchalant, "Yes, it was satisfactory."
Suppressing a grimace yet managing a smile, you sensed his disinterest and asked, "And what did you think of the meal?" Tomioka-san replied, "It was delightful; I appreciated it. However, if you'll excuse me, I must take my leave." You nodded graciously, "Of course, until next time, Tomioka-san." With that, you felt a twinge of disappointment, realizing that your attempt to befriend him had not borne fruit.
Turning your attention to the two drowsy companions, you gently laid their heads upon your lap, tenderly stroking their hair until they drifted into slumber.
The following day, a tailor arrived with a uniform that bore an uncanny resemblance to Kanroji-san's attire. A surge of indignation welled within you, prompting a swift pursuit of the tailor to the riverbank. In a fit of frustration, you cast the uniform into the water, declaring, "Create something befitting my standards; she is but a child, and I refuse to allow her to don such garments until she reaches the age of sixteen. Please, be more considerate." The tailor, visibly shaken, responded, "Yes, ma'am, understood." In his mind, he mused, "The Star Hashira is truly formidable."

[What an utterly brazen display! I would never allow my daughter to don such an immodest outfit; my heart goes out to poor Kanroji-san.]
Upon returning home, you addressed Mitsuha, saying, "Mitsuha, that dress is now yours, but it will arrive in 2-3 days. Until then, take some time to rest." Mitsuha responded, "No way, I'm going to train." You raised an eyebrow and teased, "Oh really? Just how much stronger do you intend to become?" Mitsuha declared, "To surpass both you and Muichiro-san." Muichiro interjected, "Is that so? Then train with me." Mitsuha exclaimed, "Yay! I'm going to train with Muichiro-san!" Just then, Muichiro-kun's crow arrived, urging us to head to Hokkaido.
