Chapter 5

Rishabh Pov
Right now it was 11 at night and I was sitting at Saloni Mam's office. She told me to wait for her here after work. I was pretty nervous cause I don't know why she wants to meet me. Even the whole day she did not say anything.

Maybe it was because I refused to marry her. If that's the case then I am sure she is going to fire me. I personally talked to Raj uncle about this and he was cool about it. He said that it was absolutely my choice to say yes or no to Saloni and she won't do anything to me he had assured me.

She actually did not do anything to me and I told her to that I don't want to marry her at all. Because she is the CEO of this company and I am just a mere employee. It is a very big gap between me and her. Plus I am 6 years older than her.

I was in my thoughts when Saloni came inside. She sat on the table while I was sitting on the chair. "I want you to say yes to this marriage" she said in an normal tone neither cold nor sweet.

I hesitated a bit and said "Mam I really don't want to marry you cause there is a big gab between you and me. You are the CEO and I am your employee and moreover we don't love eachother" I said the last two words slowly.

"I don't care if we love eachother or not see I am giving a last chance say yes otherwise what I can do" she said in the devilsh tone cause I definitely knew what she can do and what she cannot. "But why only you want to marry me and not anybody else"

I asked her and she just smirked. "Nice question but I am not going to answer you. I just want you to say yes to this marriage" she said while there was no emotion in her tone. I had enough of her and got up from my chair and said "I don't want to marry you anf I will not. You can fire me best I will give you my regisnation letter tomorrow"

Saying I went towards the door but stopped when she said "Think about your mom only. What will you do if something happens to her" I was death scared right now. I can bear anything but if something happens to mom I won't be able to live.

Right now I had no choice but to say yes to her cause otherwise she can do anything and I don't want any harm on mom. "Why are you doing this and what are your motives" I asked being terrified because I don't know why is she even doing this.

"You don't need to know. Just remember that your mom's life is in my hands and I can do anything I want and you won't be able to stop me. So your simple job right now is to say yes to  our marriage and I assure you no harm will happen to your mom" I don't know what she is planning. What will she get marrying me.

Right now I should say yes to her and talk to Raj uncle. I nodded my head and got up to leave when she said "Dare you say anything to Raj uncle or anybody cause I have my eyes on you 24/7 and one mistake of yours can cost your mom's life. Now you know what to do and what not"

There is no way out of this. I don't want anything to happen to mom and for her sake I will do anything. I left from there.

Saloni Pov
Yesterday when uncle told me that Rishabh said no to this marriage I was furious. Cause our marriage is very important for me. This is the only way I can get my work done. Rishabh thought that he will say no to uncle and I will agree.

I can do anything to make him marry me. I knew he wasn't going to say yes if I told him politely that's why I choose to do this instead. I will never do any harm to his mother. I don't have any sort enmity against his mother.

His mother is the only key by which I can make him marry me. Suddenly my phone rang and it was Shekhar. I picked up the call.

"Saloni have you thought what are you going to do with him" Shekhar asked me and I replyed "Yes I have you stay out of this I will handle everything on my own"

"But atleast tell me what you are going to do" he again asked me but I wasn't going to disclose anything right now. I needed my plan to be safe and it would be best if no one knows about it. "You will know later" saying this I cut the call.

"What she did not say about her plan to Shekhar also" a man said while being frustrated. "Yes sir not even him and she says she will handle everything on her own and not involve Shekhar in it"

Said another man who was standing in front of his boss. "I need the information of what she is planning to do otherwise you know what can happen to you get out" the boss shouted and they man went outside.

"I will do anything to ruin you Saloni Radhuvanshi. I will do anything to do that"
