Yn and Baldwin walked around Jerusalem as they looked up at the bright stars twinkling in the sky.

"The stars are beautiful tonight" with a smile,yn said, admiring the celestial display above.

Baldwin replied, "Yes, indeed. It's a testament to God's creation and His infinite wisdom." He looked up in amazement.

Baldwin stopped walking and looked at her with a curious expression on his face, "Yn, may I ask you something?"

"Of course. I am all ears." She stood in silence, waiting for Baldwin to ask his question.

"Your fighting style is unlike any I've seen before. Where did you learn that?" Baldwin regarded Yn with a penetrating gaze, his eyes mismatched in color(one brown, one blue) as he awaited her answer with interest.

Yn realized she should lie, knowing that kick-boxing hadn't yet been invented during this time period.

She experienced a twinge of guilt, torn between her desire to be honest with Baldwin and the impossibility of revealing the fact that she's from 21st century. After all, who would believe such an unbelievable tale?

She let out a soft sigh and responded "I actually learned it from my closest friend. We used to spar together all the time, and he taught me everything I know about fighting. Unfortunately, when my village vanished,so did he." She glanced down sadly, but felt a bit relieved knowing she hadn't entirely lied.

"May God grant him peace and guide him to a better place. Your loss weighs heavy on my heart,Yn." He placed his hand gently on her shoulder, offering a silent gesture of comfort and support.

"You're such a comforting presence. Thank you." She offered him a smile tinged with sadness, her eyes reflecting a mixture of emotions as she looked at him.

"Your smile, amidst sadness, is a testament to God's strength within you." He maintained his hand on her shoulder, giving it a gentle pat.

Yn gently rested her head against his hand, her cheeks tinged with a faint blush as she attempted to hide her embarrassment.

After a solid 15 second silence,Yn offered an apology, saying, "I'm sorry for asking about leprosy earlier. It was insensitive of me."

Baldwin reassured her, saying, "It's quite alright. I understand you didn't intend any harm by it."

Yn smiled warmly and nodded in appreciation of his understanding.

"I wish others shared your good intentions. The world would be a better place." He glanced around, his gaze sweeping over their surroundings.

Yn inquired, "What do you mean? Are people treating you differently because of your leprosy?"

Baldwin nodded with a tinge of sorrow his eyes.

Baldwin added, "Children in the past would taunt me, calling me 'pig nose.' It's one of the reasons I began wearing a mask."

Yn remarked sympathetically, "It must have been incredibly challenging to cope with leprosy and endure such cruel bullying."

Tears glistened in Baldwin's eyes, betraying the depth of emotion stirred by Yn's understanding words.

Baldwin drew in a deep breath, collecting himself before beginning to speak.

"When I was 16 I won a great victory. I felt in that moment I would live to be a 100..." He turned his gaze towards her, his eyes meeting hers as he began to speak, "Now I know I shall not see 30."

Baldwin explained, "Efforts are underway to find a cure, and there's talk of a potential remedy. However, I remain skeptical of its effectiveness."

Yn's demeanor appeared melancholic as she softly added, "Maybe it'll happen, we can never predict God's plans for us."

Baldwin responded with a resigned sigh, saying, "Perhaps."

Yn's eyes lingered on Baldwin as he glanced downwards, her affection for him growing stronger with each passing moment.

She placed her hand on his shoulder this time as they turned their gaze towards the moon, experiencing the beauty of the night sky together.

"The moon is beautiful, isn't it?" She cast a meaningful glance at him, her pupils dilating slightly as she understood the significance of these words. However, he remained unaware of the subtle communication conveyed by her gaze.

Baldwin nodded in agreement, though oblivious to the underlying significance of the words.

Yn smiled quietly, understanding the unspoken significance of the words, even as he remained oblivious of their deeper implication.

They fell into a companionable silence, both turning their gaze towards the moon, lost in its glow.

The quietness wrapped around them like a soothing blanket, bringing a sense of peace and comfort to the moment. It felt like she could stay there forever.

She turned to Baldwin, only to find him already looking at her. She looked into his eyes, each a different color, with a fondness that filled her heart. The torches and stars reflected off Baldwin's mask, creating a radiant shine.

She caught him stealing glances at her lips, and he was aware that she had noticed, yet he kept in his gaze.

Just as she was about to lean in closer, he stood up, "I should be going."

Yn nodded, a hint of confusion clouding her thoughts. She had expected a different outcome-what had caused the sudden change in his demeanor?

Baldwin offered a smile as he took his leave.

Just as she was about to stand up, she yelled, her voice echoing, "Will you finally tell me how you know my name?"

Baldwin kept walking, shaking his finger in a gesture indicating a negative response.

She rolled her eyes playfully, feeling a blush creep up her cheeks.

She rushed home to Agnes, Eleanor, and Arthur, eager to tell them everything. When arriving home, she overflowed with excitement, proceeding to recount every moment to them, leaving no detail unshared.

"Looks like you're aiming for the crown,Yn!" Arthur playfully teased her with a wink and a smile, his silent jest evident in his playful demeanor.

Eleanor chuckled as she said, "Well, I hope you didn't leave the poor man too flustered. We wouldn't want him forgetting his royal duties now, would we?"

Yn laughed, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. "Alright, alright, you got me! But honestly, I can't help it. There's just something about him that really gets to me." She smiled sheepishly.

While everyone else was joking around, Agnes stood silently at the other side of the room, observing everything with a distant gaze.

Yn couldn't help but notice Agnes's gaze darting her way several times. Each time their eyes met, Agnes wore this icy, emotionless expression. It left her pondering the reason behind Agnes's detached demeanor.

As Agnes maintained her cold stare, she and Yn exchanged glances before Agnes left the room.
