Sometimes you have to be strong in front of others so they won't see how weak you are inside~
-----------------------------

There was darkness, screaming, gun shots, dead bodies everywhere. A faint image of a little girl hiding in the corner crying. A mother screaming. A father desperately trying to protect his family. Then suddenly it happened. A horrible memory that left a scar, a scar that will never heal. "MOMMYYYYYYY!!!!!" The little girl screamed to her mother with pleading eyes.
------------

I jolted out of bed then suddenly burst into tears. No! never again! " Nooooooo!!!!" then all of a sudden the door slammed open and there he stood barely out of breath and staring at me with worried eyes and a gun in his hand.

"What happened?!" he yelled

I just looked at him with eyes full of sadness. I felt so fragile, so weak. Just like that day. He suddenly dropped his gun then he ran to me. He sat down beside me and I hugged him so tight.

"Hey take it easy. Everything's going to be okay. Don't cry." He said trying to calm me down.

Then it hit me. I pushed him hard and he landed on the floor. No! I don't want this! I don't want to be weak again and helpless. That girl is gone!

I wiped my tears and rid my face of any emotion. Feelings are weakness. I am a soldier!

"Get up David." I ordered him.

He got up and dusted his pants and saluted me.

"Leave." I said coldly to him with no eye contact.

"But ..."

"I SAID LEAVE! NOW!" He was startled but he composed himself and nodded then left the room.

I locked the door then took my bag on the floor. I placed my bag on the study table and took out a map. I will find you. Until I'm still breathing I will find you then kill you! You will regret everything you have done to me! EVERYTHING!!!
