I woke up and picked up my phone only to see that i missed my alarm again.
I hissed.
I got up and went to the living room and saw my brother playing game.
"suh yuh couldn't wake mi up demani?" I asked
"Weh mia wake yuh up fah? Nuh you run me lastnight ?" He asked, shaking his head.
Stand there staring at him, then i say "ah dyt" then walk off.
Head to my bathroom, take a shower and now im getting ready for work.
I grabbed my phone to see if my bf responded to my text, and he didn't.
Ohh okay weird.
Ya get bun! My subconscious said.
Its been 2 days now and I haven't heard from my bf because he said "he's busy with football".
Not a football a bun ya get.
Yuh cya shut up??
I put my phone in my bag and walked into the kitchen and saw my father's wife making breakfast.
"Goodmorningggggg" i say dragging my word.
"Morning chin chin, ya wait til me done cook fi get suhm or ya run late?" She asked.
"Me a run late but me hungry, mia stay stillz" i said taking a seat on the counter stool.
"Alright, a jus di dumpling mia mek gwaan boil likkle bit more" she said while sweeping out the kitchen.
"Guh call demani fimi china" she say.
"Mi and him nah deal enu" i say while taking my phone back out my bag to check if he texted.
Still nutn!
"Unu always vex but a how unu show unu love fi unu one another" she says while laughing.
Mcht.
"Demaniiii" my step mom shouts.
"Yes mommy?" He answered.
