Principal Celestia: First off, I wanna say how wonderful everything looks tonight. You all did a magnificent job pulling things together after the unfortunate events of earlier. And now, without further ado, I'd like to announce the winner of this year's Fall Formal crowns. The Princesses of this year's Fall Formal are... Twilight Sparkle and Rose Light!
[students cheering]
Principal Celestia: Congratulations, Twilight and Rose.
Spike: Twilight, Discord and Rose! Help!
Discord: Spike?
Spike: [growling]
Twilight Sparkle: They've got Spike!
Sunset Shimmer: That's close enough!
Spike: Twilight, Discord, and Rose!
Rose Light: Don't hurt him!
Pippa Pirate: Oh, I wouldn't dream of it. I'm not a monster, Twilight, Discord, and Rose. [to Snips and Snails] Let him go. [to Twilight, Discord, and Rose] You three don't belong here. Give us the crowns, and you three can go back to Equestria tonight. Or keep them and never go home.
Discord: [gasp]
Sunset Shimmer: Tick-tock, Twilight, Discord, and Rose. We haven't got all night. The portal will be closing on its own in less than an hour. So, what's your answer?
Twilight Sparkle: No.
Pippa Pirate: What?! Equestria! Your friends! Lost to you forever! Don't you see what I'm about to do to the portal?!
Rose Light: Yes, but I've also seen what you two have been able to do here without magic. Equestria will find a way to survive without our Elements of Harmony. This place might not, if we allow it to fall into both of your hands. So go ahead. Destroy the portal. You two are not getting these crowns!
Sunset Shimmer: Fine. You win.
Rainbow Dash: You three... are... so awesome!
Applejack: I can't believe you three were gonna do that for us!
Rarity: It's no wonder you two are real live princesses!
Pippa Pirate: Oh, yes, they're so very special! [to Snips and Snails] Grab him, you fools!
Spike: [whimpering]
Rainbow Dash: Spike! Spike! Fluttershy!
Sunset Shimmer: I'll take those! [chuckles evilly] At last! More power than we could ever imagine!
