Hyunjin shuffled under the sheets uncomfortably, the sleep had long left his system and now he was basically forcing himself to cut through the night. The omega had gotten a lot of sleep during the day because he skipped work today so now he didn't have a wink of sleep in his eyes. It was a little over midnight, hyunjin could guess the time.
Huffing defeatedly hyunjin rose up from the comfy bed and sat up straight. He looked around in his little home, it had everything necessary to live. The pack arranged the place very neatly and efficiently and he thanks them inside everyday. Living in such a cozy home had been a luxury hyunjin couldn't afford before.
The omega decided he can't sleep anymore. So he decided to go out, he opened the door of his home gently making sure that no one was outside. He knew he wasn't the only one awake at this time, a few alphas always guarded the place at night but they were scattered all through the place but luckily no one was here. Hyunjin grinned in relief and slipped from his home.
Hyunjin didn't plan to go far, he only wanted to go to the lake. It was nearby but beyond it was the thick forest. Of course he won't go there, he isn't that dumb. The omega reached the place very fast because he had memorized the way the other day. He smiled upon seeing the lake water shining with the moonlight. He took a seat on the grass.
The breeze hit his face momentarily, pushing his hair out of his face and he closed his eyes to take in the soft wind. It tickled his insides and he felt giddy. The omega after looking around once again shifted to his wolf form. A very beautiful white shade, very neat and luscious. His fur was long and there were tints of golden around his ears and tail. That made him seem so unique and pretty.
Hyunjin had always been insecure of his wolf form because in his former pack, they would call him ugly. They called him ugly just because his wolf type was very rare and considered a sin in the history. White wolves are known to be cunning and seductive. They are extremely beautiful and known for capturing hearts. But at the same time they are also said to he poisonous.
The omega groomed his fur softly, embracing himself. It has been a long time since he last shifted. His wolf was almost the size of Felix's but he had a very furry and long tail. And his spots looked like freckles on a human face.
Hyunjin has to admit, his life took an extreme turn. It was for the better but he still found it hard to believe. He was still anxious, he wasn't letting himself to trust everything blindly. Previously when he did, everything was stolen from him in a second and he couldn't do anything to prevent it. It's best to stay cautious and not expect too much. Hyunjin has always been disappointed anyway, he knows it better than anyone to not get swayed by a temporary heaven.
The omega layed down on the grass, letting the dampness of the grass engulf his body, he preened his white paws and stretched himself. The night was beautiful like always.
His sweet moment was interrupted when hyunjin a black silhouette of a wolf coming his way. The omega stiffened and had almost ran away but then the wolf was visible. Hyunjin must have ran nonetheless but there he was not even moving an inch.
Changbin looked at the omega intently before walking pass him and settling down on the grass a few feet away from hyunjin. He didn't say anything and his action didn't display any problem with hyunjin staying here so the omega remained there.
"Do you have a fascination of putting yourself in danger like jisung does?" The voice was low and clear. The alpha was sprawled on the grass lazily.
