𝑺𝑪𝑶𝑼𝑻 𝑭𝑶𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑹 is used to taking the blame. Her life has been plagued with pointed fingers and scolding stares, the ghosts of her mistakes haunting her every move. Joining the BAU allowed her to prevent other families from being torn apart in the same way hers was. She planned to put in her two cents, attempt to make amends, and maybe learn to forgive herself along the way. He even got himself sober after months of battling violent addiction. All by himself. But then the new—very pretty—recruit matches his intellectual energy, and Spencer can't help but want to do everything he once did alone with her.
