Chapter 16

Chris POV

I decided to call Asia and see if she's willing to forgive me. I thought naming the baby Royalty would make Asia happy. But it was the complete opposite. She was so upset and I hated myself for making her feel that way again.

I try to be the perfect guy but I don't know what's wrong with me. I need her back in my life even if it's just as friends. I should try taking her out.

Just then I heard Royalty start to cry. I picked her up and walked down to the kitchen to make her a bottle. I put Royalty in her high chair and called Nicki.

Phone Conversation

Chris- Hey Nicki, it's Chris.

Nicki- What do you want Chris?

Chris- I need help getting Asia to talk to me again.

Nicki- And why the hell do you think that I would help your cheating ass. I've seen how you are Chris. I love you but I love Asia too. You've cheated on almost every girl you've been with. Asia's one of them.

Chris- Nicki, Asia's different. I know I messed up and I'm owning up to my responsibility. I'm a grown ass man and I know what I have to do. I'm trying. Asia's not some girl, she's the only girl I've tried to get back.

Nicki- *sighs* I guess I can try to help, but if she don't want your cheating ass back then deal with it. I'm not gonna let you bother her, messing with her emotions and confusing her.

Chris- This is why I love you, I'm gonna try to talk to her, could you watch Royalty for me?

Nicki- Of course, I gotta go.

End of Conversation

After I fed Royalty I took her to the washroom to give her a bath.
I put lotion on her skin and got her dressed. I may be a male but I dressed my daughter very well. She always had the best of everything and it was gonna stay that way. Since she's a newborn and doesn't have long hair yet I just put a headband on her and got he in the car.

I dropped her off at Nicki's and headed to Asia's apartment.
I went up to her room and knocked the door even though it was unlocked as usual.
"Chris? What are you doing here." Asia asked surprised. "Asia I came to apologize for upsetting you once again." I said. "Chris, it's your life u shouldn't have gotten upset." she responded. "No Asia you said if you had a daughter you'd name her Royalty and I thought since after I messed things up with you it would be a nice gesture."

"Chris it's seriously no big deal." She said blandly. It kinda hurt me that she didn't seem to want to talk to me but I couldn't blame her. "Listen Asia, I came here to make things right with you. I don't like not being able to tell you everything." I said. "Chris it's really nice that you want to make things right but you need to earn it. You need to show me why you should be part of my everyday life."

"Then I'll show you, let's go right now. We can go anywhere you want, no matter the cost." I told her. "Chris I couldn't..."(gco) "anything you want Asia please." I begged.
She sighed and said "fine give me a minute to take shower.

So she did and put on a little outfit. (in multimedia)

"So where are we going?" She asked. "Anywhere you wanna go."
