𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐃 (quirkless AU)

As Katsuki roamed the streets of Japan looking for a job to help his mom with the bills. He thought to himself what it would be like to be one of the people who just threw money away not caring on what or how they were going to get more. He came across a few posters looking for babysitters, teachers, mechanics, and cashiers. He was terrible with kids and even more terrible with cars. His only choice was the cashier which he didn't mind at least it was a job. He took a photo of the store number and website page and put in his application.

A few days went by and still no call back he decided to go up there himself. As he walked through the store looking for a manager office or even an employee, as he continued walking ending up at the back of the store he stumbled upon a door that read "EMPLOYEE ONLY" he thought to himself "everyone must be in here". He slightly cracked the door hearing a loud voice. " WHERE IS MY MONEY" the man shouted as he peaked through the door more he could see a tall green haired man grabbing a fat bald man by his collar. "ILL HAVE IT I SWEAR I JUST NEED A LITTLE MORE TIME BOSS I SWEAR ILL PAY YOU BACK IN FULL" , the fat bald man said shaking in fear.

The green haired man shook his head with a smirk on his face, and then he just punched the man causing him to fall on the floor, " THE AMOUNT OF SUPPLY I GIVE YOU, ONE WOULD THINK YOU WOULD MOVE IT QUICKLY". Katsuki thought to himself "is this a drug dispute" he knew he should probably turn around and go home and just come back another day or never again. As he turned around to walk the other direction he bumped into a large muscular man with red hair and very pointy teeth. "Didn't your parents ever teach you not to ease drop" the man said grabbing his shoulder. Katsuki pushed his hand off "relax i'm leaving shark week" as he tried to move past the man he grabbed him again this time opening the door. "Hey boss we've got a nosey blonde on our hands" the man said pulling Katsuki into the room and pushing him on the floor. He got up and dusted himself off, when he looked he the green haired man in front of him and the bald guy beaten on the floor. "Who sent you blondie" the green guy said "WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT IM TRYING TO LEAVE BUT SHARKY OVER THERE WOULDN'T LET ME" Katsuki sneered backing away from the man.
" Hmmm you don't look like one of Todorokis boys" katsuki thought "who the fuck is Todoroki". The green haired man signaled for the red haired man to clean up his bloody mess. "You have to come with me blondie I need to know what you want and why you're here". Katsuki looked the man up and down with an expression of confusion and anger on his face. He was once again grabbed by the shoulder and pushed out the door as he tried fighting the man he saw a gun in his coat pocket and completely froze. "Don't worry blondie I won't use it on you unless you start causing me problems", Katsuki swallowed deeply he knew this was serious he didn't have time to let his temper loose. He walked quietly beside the man stepping out of the store and getting into the pitch black car.
"So how much did you hear huh?" Katsuki knew he couldn't tell him what he heard because that would just make him WANT to kill him. " Where are you taking me" katsuki said having questions of his own of course. The green haired man looked at him with a stern look as to say 'you're not the one asking questions I am'. "I didn't hear anything or not much I should say". The man chuckled "you really want me to believe that". Katsuki re worded his statement "All i heard is that he owes you money and you haven't received it and your not to happy about that" Katsuki said looking up. The green haired man looked at him and sighed "Why can't kids just mind their business and leave it to the adults". Katsuki got upset at that statement "IM NOT A FUCKING KID IM 19 YEARS OLD AND I COULD GIVE LESS OF A FUCK ABOUT YOUR LITTLE DRUG DEAL WITH THAT MAN I WANT TO GO HOME YOU CABBAGE PIECE OF SHIT".

Katsuki huffed finally getting that all out. "So you did hear about the drugs huh blondie?" the man said looking his way and pulling out his gun. Katsukis eyes widened and his heart started beating rapidly. The man grabbed the gun and pointed it towards his face, Just then the phone rang and the green haired man sighed in anger as katsuki breathed in relief. "What is it" the man said Katsuki couldn't hear the other end only the side he was on what eve was happening was making the gangster agitated. He hung up the phone and told the driver to drive him home.
The rest of the car ride was silent before it stopped and the doors opened and Katsuki was instantly grabbed by two NPC looking bodyguards. "Put him in any room I don't really care as long as he doesn't leave this house" the man nodded in agreement. Katsuki scoffed and started shouting "WTF IM NOT AN ANIMAL WHERE AM I". Before the green haired man got back in the car he looked up and said "well finish our conversation later" and the car drove off and Katsuki was taken inside and thrown into a very bland room with not much in it he just sat there on the side of the bed.
