Chapter 11

"Okay lets start with your knowledge. Have you ever heard of someone Chosen?" He asked leaning back into the couch.

"Yes." I reply.

"How?" He asked sitting back up. Viper was paying close attention as well.

I thought about the surgery. "I was dieing. Someone, a guy, came into the room. No one else saw him. He said I was Chosen."

"Is that all?" He asked.

"Yes." I paused. "What did he mean by I'm Chosen?" I asked carefully.

He took his hood off. He was absolutely handsome. And sexy as hell. He had black hair that was messy but in a extremely hot way. He had greenish-blue eyes and was lean, obviously tall, and slightly muscled. He had all American features.

"I think what you meant to say was 'What did I mean by saying that you were Chosen?'" He paused. "My name is Evan." He said.

"You? You were the one in that hospital?" I got very mad. He was the creepy stalker?! I clenched my teeth and folded my hands into fists.

Viper gasped and Evan stared wide eyed at me.

"What?" I asked annoyed.

Viper answered shakily. "Y-your h-hair. And y-your eyes."

Evan finished for her. "There changing?"

"What color are they this time?" I ask them.

"You mean this has happened before?" He asked.

"Yes. But what color did they change to?" I asked in annoyance.

Viper answered. "Your hair is red and orange. It looks like fire. And your eyes, they are charcoal black. How is this possible?"

"You mean this isn't normal?" I asked.

"No." Evan answered.

We were all silent for a long time before I spoke up.

I cleared my throat. "What does it mean to be Chosen anyway?"

Evan rubbed his hands over his face. "Its a long story. Viper do you want to tell her?"

"No you can tell her. You always tell the story better than I do." She replied.

"Alright then you better get comfortable." He said.

Once there was an angel named Gabriel.

One day he was walking around Heaven. He wondered what humans were like. So he looked down at Earth and saw a woman getting some water at a stream. He thought she was extremely beautiful and asked God's permission to meet her in person.

As soon as he got permission he flew down to Earth and met her. The woman was scared at first of course, but she soon talked to him. She was fascinated at the heavenly marks he had. The marks he had ran along his body in a golden color. All angels bear the heavenly marks. The two became the best of friends.

Months went by and they kept seeing each other. They fell deeply in love. And with God's permission. Gabriel married her. A couple of months later they had a son. They named him Daniel. Gabriel couldn't always be on Earth because he still had duties in Heaven. So every other week. He would go back to Heaven.

One night God came to Gabriel in a dream. He told Gabriel that his son will be different. He will be stronger, faster, and possess the beauty and marks that comes from Gabriel being an angel. He said his son will be Chosen.

He also warned Gabriel that at the same time Gabriel came down to Earth in the first place, a demon was also on Earth. He found a woman and hypnotized her. A few months later she had the demon's child. The child's name was Yulanga. He said that the child was to be a Broken One.
