We finally made it to wherever they had took me. It was a one story building with blue walls and a huge glass window.
"Come on Ang." Mika said grabbing my arm and pulling me towards the entrance.
I struggled to get her grasp off my arm. "Wait a minute. I just have one question before we go in."
She stops and looks at me with an annoyed look. "What?"
"Who chose this one?" I asked curious.
"That would be your sister. Now come on!" She said grabbing my arm again.
Hearing that Trin chose this was kind of a surprise. I didn't know Trin was choosing any of them. I thought it would just be my parents and Mika.
As soon as we got in the hostess greeted us with a welcoming smile. "Hello how are you guys doing today?" She asked us kindly.
My mom answered. "Good thankyou. We have a reservation."
"Okay what's the name put under for the reservation?" She asked us. I guess she wanted to make sure we weren't some of those kind of people who sneak in.
"Dragonfire." My mom said confidently.
The hostess scrolled through her list until she stopped and tapped the name. "Ah here it is. If you would follow me."
We followed her to a curved booth. We sat down. "If you need anything just ask one of the workers here for Ashley." She said.
We nodded as she walked off. The booth has red seats as smooth as velvet and as comfortable as a cloud. And the table was actually a circle countertop. I guess this booth was a benefit of getting a reservation.
My mom, Mika, and I were talking amongst are self's when two people walked toward us.
"Angie!" I heard her say as she hugged me and made me scoot over to sit next to me. I gave an annoyed huff at my sisters dumb nickname for me.
"Do you really have to call me that Trin?" I asked my little sister.
She just ignored me and rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
"Hey. Keep rolling and one day you'll find your brain in there." I said pleased with my comeback.
"Angelina be nice to your sister." My dad said sitting next to my mom.
Trin looked at me and stuck her tongue out.
"Very mature Trin considering your a 15 year old." I said to her. "So what is this place all about anyway?" I asked her.
"Well tell me Angelina. How much do you love piano and I will tell you." She said confusing me.
"I love piano with all my heart, all my mind, and all of my soul until I find 'the one'. You know that." I replied.
"Okay well we are gonna play in front of all of these people." She said gesturing to the other people in the building. How did I not realize that there were a lot of people here?
"Absolutely not! Trin you know how scared I get playing piano in front of people. Especially complete strangers." I tell her in a shocked voice. She knew that! How could she forget?
"Come on Angelina. Woman up and face your fears." She says mocking a brave tone.
"No."
"Why?"
"Because."
"Because why?"
"Because I'm a coward and can't perform in front of all these people." I said in the best final tone I can manage.
