Kiki Ketchum (A Gary Love Story)

Kiki, Gary, Misty, and Brock were on their way to Mt. Moon. It is the only way to get to Cerulean City. Misty still wasn't happy about this, and the others stopped listening to her whining.

Brock was telling them the history of Mt. Moon. Kiki was amazed that there was a huge Moon Stone in the mountain. Gary would like to see it and the Clefable evolve, but know they probably wouldn't see one.

They suddenly heard a scream. They found a man running from a Zubat, and it was still daylight. They were shocked that a Zubat would be outside in the sun.

Kiki had Raichu use Thunder to knock the Pokemon out. Raichu sent a thunder over, and it had stars in the thunder. The man thanked them, and he told them that his name is Seymour and he was researching the Mt. Moon and Clefable.

They saw a Clefairy jumping along with something in it's paws. They followed and saw that the cave is lit up and drawing out the Pokemon that lived there. They destroyed the lights as they went. They heard the Clefairy cry out and rushed to help it.

Then they got there they saw Team Rocket's Meowth, and Kiki had Raichu knock him back with Quick Attack. The Clefairy rushed over and hid behind Kiki.

"Leave Clefairy alone!" Kiki snapped. She battled Jessie while Gary battled James so that the others could get Clefairy to safety. She also made sure not to let Meowth go after them. Kiki used Raichu to battle Jessie and then she used Azurill to stop Meowth.

Kiki and Gary sent them blasting off and ran after their friends. They told them about sending Team Rocket packing. Misty and Brock were glad for that and that they were able to send them away.

They came across a hole in the cave. There in the middle was a huge Moon Stone. They were amazed, and they were allowed to stay and watch because the Clefairy trusted them after they helped one of their own get to them safely.

Suddenly, Team Rocket tried to take the Moon Stone, but the Clefairy stopped them with Metronome, which turned into Hyper Beam. They all ducked down, and when the attack was over, they saw that the huge Moon Stone was broken in a bunch of peaces, and they all enjoyed watching the Clefairy and Clefable dance. Then, some of the Clefairy evolved.

The Clefairy they saved, who is now a Clefable, went up to Kiki and wanted to go with her, Kiki was surprised, but she was happy and welcomed the new friend to the growing team

They said goodbye to their friend Seymour and headed out again. They were on their way to the next gym for Gary. They stopped to have dinner and set up camp.

Gary and Kiki trained a bit. Kiki was getting annoyed because Misty kept saying how they were still weak and snapped at her, "Shut up! You have no room to talk! I don't see you training either! Didn't you want to be the strongest Water Pokemon trainer!?" Kiki then stormed off, still mad and needed to cool down.

Misty was standing there shocked at what just happened. Garry and Brock shock their heads at Misty. She really wanted to be friends, but she kept being mean and getting on their nerves.

"Kiki's right. You shouldn't be saying those things when you hardly ever train with your own Pokemon. I just about had it with you, Misty, always acting like a princess, or you're better then everyone else." Said Gary as he went back to training knowing that Kiki just needed time to cool down.

"They are right Misty. You either need to leave, or drop the, I'm better then you addatud. You are pushing them away and me now." Said Brock in a disappointed tone as he went back to cooking

Misty teared up at what everyone told her. She couldn't help that she says the first thing that pops in her head. She really wanted them to be friends. Kiki and Gary are right, she shouldn't be saying those things, she doesn't train at all with her Pokemon.

While Kiki was out she trained a bit and Azurill now knew, Minic and she evolved into Marill and she also learned Icy Wind and Sing. Clefable also learned Life Dew and Ice Punch. Kiki also had Raichu learn Hyper Beam, Double Team, and Safeguard.

She then headed back when she felt better. When she did she told her friends that Azurill evolved into Marill. Gary was happy for the girl he liked and for Marill.

Brock congratulationed the both of them. Misty also said congrats and she also apologized and they had dinner. Kiki forgave her and told her to think before she said anything.

After eating they just relaxed with their Pokemon. They talked for awhile and went to bed when it got dark. They were close to Cerulean City and they only needed to talk a few more miles and they will be there.
