Sunny:(coughs)!
Crawling out of a black lake with Luna on his back, Sunny coughed out the same black liquid as they arrived on shore.
Sunny: Coronamon...? (Coughs)... Professor...? Leomon?
Looking around, Sunny found himself in a forest biome which was dead as can be. Everything felt black and white, bleak and bleached, hopeless to the point it was infecting.
Sunny's condition wasn't helped by the fact he accidentally swallowed some of the water of the black sea.
Dragging Luna further away from the water, Sunny stood up furious.
Sunny: Dan... You jerk... (Coughs)!
Sunny: Hey, Luna...? Luna?
Luna: Ugh... Huh..?
Sunny: Good you're okay- huh?
Turning around, Sunny seemed shocked. Luna saw no one behind him but as her consciousness faded, she found Sunny walk away whilst talking to someone.
(Elsewhere...)
Coronamon: Sunny!
Lunamon: Luna!
Coronamon:(stomach growls)
Coronamon: Aw man... Even if I found Sunny I would be too low on energy to Digivolve and kick that pooches tail!
Lunamon: Furball wants to fight Plutomon?
Coronamon: Jerk promised a portal out of this world. Instead he did this nonsense!
Lunamon: You were going to leave...?
Coronamon: Of course. There isn't anything for me here but a life as a pawn...
Lunamon:...
Coronamon: I've gotta find the professor, he'll definitely have both snacks and a plan to uhm...
He looks up to see the Domain of the Sun.
Coronamon: Fix that...
(Opening theme)
Dan, upon Plutomon's shoulder pointed out a large rectangular mountain.Dan: There.
Growling with a pleased tone, Plutomon slowly floated towards the unnatural formation of rock. They were however stopped by the arrival of Dario, Arena, Dora and their digital partners in their Ultimate forms.
