DIEGO

Before I met her I felt like my world was disassembled it was missing something, I was missing something. Then when I met her, my whole world took a turn. You know when they tell you that when you meet that one person you feel like nothing else matters only the presence of that ONE person. When I met her she was the only thing that mattered to me, like she was my world, I felt like I couldn't breathe, and god was I thankful that I was in the right place at the right moment. I've always heard people talking about love at first sight but never in a million years did I think that I would get to experience it firsthand. I never would've thought that a lame airport would be the reason I met the love of my life. The moment our eyes met, I experienced that spine tinkling feeling, my palms got all sweaty, the hair on my arms stood up and causing me blinking ten times like an idiot, I had a gut feeling that this was it. The moment my whole life has been building up to. Then of course I made my move like the idiot I was, I simply asked her out to lunch and her number, pathetic, that was how I felt, and a little bit shamed of course. After I asked her and I got her number we bumped into each other trying to go our separate ways. We laughed.

- Hope to see you again. She said.

- Same

Little after I went to my hotel and signed in to my room thinking about her and if god would grant me the wish to see her again. I signed in to room 2050, little did I know that would matter. I went to the elevator and clicked floor 2. After I got in my room with a feeling that she wasn't gone just yet. After I put everything in my room I decided to go and take a walk on the hallways and get some ice. I didn't expect what was about to happen later...as I was looking down I felt more whole, more of her presence. Like if someone was following me or going where I was. I was looking down, bored and then stopped, she was there. We bumped again.

- Hey!

- Hey! Looks like our thing is bumping into each other now huh.

- Yeah, sure does. She spoke.

We both said our goodbyes but knew they weren't for long. As I went back to my room I thought I saw her following me, so I asked her. She said she was just going to her room so I apologized and asked where she was she said it was 20 something. Great I thought to myself.
