NARRATIVE
3 weeks later..

You and armin were now besties. For the past 2 months or so, you two have been very close.

He even helped with fixing your dad's shop back up which was really nice of him. He was a sweetheart, you actually had love for the boy from the little time you two have been hanging out.

It was fun. You really liked armin.

Now you and armin are at a dinner with friends. Everyone was laughing and giggling.

"Yeah so I just left." Jean says as eren mouth became wide. "You left butt ass naked?" Jean nods as everyone starts cracking up.

"At least put ya drawls on bro." Connie says while side eyeing Jean.

"If I kid seen you, you would've been cooked." You said with a little laugh.

"Dude. It was like 3am. Kids don't be outside, plus,my house was only 20 minutes away."

"YOU WALKED BACK HOME?!?" Eren says I'm shocked. "You know my car is in the shop, and I'll be dammed if I got in a Uber like that." Everyone laughed at him as he just sucked his teeth.

"Aye! I can't even blame you Jean." Sasha says while looking at the menu.

The waitress finally came up to take our orders but she looked oddly familiar.

"Hello I'm Annie, I'll be your waitress for today what can I get for y- oh. Hey." She finally looked up from her note pad to see all of us.

Eren looked at armin, then the Annie. "Hey an. How you been? Didn't know you was working here." She blankly looked at eren once he said that.

Now you remember where you knew her form. The movie theaters.

"Oh hey, I remember you! She was the nice girl at the movies!" Armin looked at you with this face you couldn't describe. confused, shocked, angry? You didn't know.

"Yea I work here after what happened. What can I get for you all?" She looked sad but kept her composure. You wondered what happened but it wasn't your business.

"Y/n, can you order for me? I have to use the bathroom." Armin says while getting up. "Yeah..? Sure?" You were confused that he wanted to use the bathroom now after you all waited a whole 20 minutes just for her to come.

Anyway, everyone placed their orders as she wrote down on her note pad. "I'll get that for you all." Was all she said before she left.

"She looks sad.. I wonder if she's okay." You said as eren scoffed. "The fuck is she sad for? She has a job. She better be grateful." Eren says as everyone at the table gone silent. This is awkward.

"Well.. okay." Was all you said before going on your phone to pass time.

Armin had came back 5 minutes later. "Hey sorry, did you order the food?" He asked you as you nod. "Yeah."

"Sasha please don't pick off my plate I really want to eat." Connie says giving Sasha a warning. "I ordered a lot of food, I should be good this time. As long as I ain't paying!" She celebrated that as you laughed a little.

"Laugh now, cry later." Eren says as she flipped him off.

Annie came back with the food. She placed everyone's food in the right spot. "Thank you!" You say once she gave you your food.

Annie walked off as everyone devoured their food. It was so good you could almost cry. Maybe you were just hungry but that's besides the point.

You looked over at armin as he was politely eating his food as everyone else ate like pigs including you. That's your sign to calm down.

Annie later on came back with the check as she smiled and sighed. "So how was it?" She said with a big smile on her face. "Very good thank you Anni-" she cut Connie off.

"Not the food! The robbery." Your ears perked up. "What robbery?" You laughed awkwardly as the whole table was silent.

"I'm confused?!? Where our bill?" Sasha says as Annie laughed. "Oh sorry! Here's the bill." She says while placing the tiny bill on the table.

Eren placed his card on the table as she grabbed it and walked off to check us out. "She's always been weird." Connie says while finishing his food. "Ever since they placed her in that mental home, but I hope she's doing better now." Armin says as you looked at everyone confused.

"What is going on?" Armin looked at you and sighed. "Annie is a weird one, she always blurt stuff out it be confusing." You ohh'd and kept eating your food but something didn't feel right.

Annie didn't seem like that at the movie theater, and why would she bring up a robbery topic out of no where? Something's up.

You just finished up your food and stayed quiet the whole time until it was time to go.

You all cleaned up your mess and Annie came back with erens card. "Have a nice day!" Everyone walked infront of you as you were last.

Annie grabbed your arm as you turned to look at her. "Call me asap." She gave you a pager as you looked at her confused. "Okay?" You grabbed the paper and walked off with the rest of the group.

That was weird.
