Chapter 1: A Psionic Mind Flayer Enters Earthland

In the ports of Hargeon where people from all walks of life come here to either sell their wares, trade, visit and many other reasons only known to them, amongst the many people that are walking about and minding their own business, one figure stands out...

He appears to be a young man with a thin build, long white hair, pale skin and pale green eyes while wearing a sleeveless green shirt and a pair of dark-brown jeans while where his feet are seen, wearing only some straps that exposed his toes.

However, there are a lot of prominence to his features such as which is the crystalline-like crust upon his body that are blue and almost look like it is some sort of circuitry or something rather artificial with whom where the chest is appears to be some sort of eye-like design upon it.

Oh, of course, there is a brain-like creature with limbs being held upon his arm, which creep people out on what the hell are they seeing.

Unknown to them all, the figure is actually Thoon Von Eldritch, who was once a player of the DMMORPG that is YGGDRASIL who played as a Level 100 Psion Mind Flayer who suddenly found himself waking up in another world in his own Avatar alongside his Intellect Devourer Pet, Bip alongside the immense powers shown from it.

After Thoon had noticed that there are humans here, he then used one of powers, Psionic Cover, which allows him to assume the form of a human to all others to hide the fact that he is an inhumane creature with a tentacle for a face.

Unfortunately, Thoon sees that his disguise seemed to have some flaw if the circuitry upon the parts of his body are an indication and of course, he doesn't know if it's possible to hide his Intellect Devourer Pet, Bip, from anything and he can only look around the town near the port of Hargeon as people started to stare in shock and horror at what they are seeing, holding in his arms tight.

Thoon just sigh and thought, 'Hope I could find an excuse for Bip's existence. Maybe I could just lie and say that he just look like that. Then again, how can I actually take care of him when he is literally called, an Intellect Devourer?' He then thought of something when he asked people about what the town is which is called, Hargeon, 'Weird.... This port is named Hargeon... Wonder if I remember the name and...' He looked around, seeing the town he is in and thought, 'And why does this look.... familiar?'

He is interrupted from his thoughts when he heard lots of squealing sound...

"It's Salamander!"

"He's here!? So cool!"

"I hope I could have his autograph!"

Thoon heard a commotion to see a crowd of girls are swarming what can be described as a short and spiky blue-haired man wearing an ornate purple robes and an assortment of rings is shown to be smiling and enjoying the attention he is given to the girls surrounding him.

'Okay, what with these girls?' Then Thoon sensed something about them, using his Psionic Senses to feel the mind of said girls themselves who all looked they are being mind-controlled or something like that, 'From what I can tell, I can sense the pollution in them. Not to the extent of my mind control ability but they looked their being controlled both mentally and emotionally....' Thoon then looked at this Salamander guy who seemed to enjoy the attention he is given while showing off his rings as Thoon can see how they are glistening in magic, 'And it is obvious who is behind this.'
