Paige has been talking to the same guy for what feels like hours but it's only been five minutes. I know because I've been watching them and the time ever since he approached her.
He's not just any guy he's the Jalen Suggs. Yeah that one. Also the one Paige has been rumored to dating.
I'm not jealous of course but why doesn't she laugh like that with me. She gives me a smile she doesn't give everyone else just why can't I have the laugh too?
"Hey liv" Nika greets taking the seat beside me
"Hey" I say not even bothering to look at her as I keep my gaze on Paige and Jalen while taking a sip of the coffee Amaya brought me even though I told her I was ok. I don't know how she knew I need coffee but I'm grateful for her and I love her already
"Woah I didn't know you were the jealous type" she jokes earning herself a side eye from me
"I'm not jealous" I say turning my attention back to Paige and Jalen
"Well if it makes you feel better they're just friends" Nika tells me
"Just like me and her" I sigh
"You guys are definitely not just friends you may be right now but not for long" She says and I roll my eyes giving her a 'are you serious' look

"Are you going to introduce me to your girlfriend she's been staring over here for a while now" Jalen ask me causing me to look over at Liv. I give her a smile and when she quickly looks away I can't help but to laugh
"Shes not my girlfriend" I tell him as I keep my gaze on Liv as she talks to Nika
"But you want her to be" he says in a statement form. I don't respond instead I just admire Liv as she talks with Nika. Never has she ever laughed like that with me "I'll introduce myself then"
Jalen shrugs before walking towards where liv and nika are
"Jalen!" I shout following after him

"Woah" Nika says looking Infront of us. I follow her gaze to see Jalen Suggs walking towards us with a flustered Paige trying to stop him
"Lord please help me" I mumble causing nika to laugh as Jalen arrives Infront of me
"Hi I'm Jalen Suggs I'm Paige's friend" He says extending his hand
"I'm liv also Paige's friend" I smile shaking his hand
"You don't have to meet him" Paige tells me and Jalen laughs
"She doesn't want me to meet her girlfriend" Jalen says causing me to choke on absolutely nothing
"I'm sorry what?" I ask. My face is probably bright red right about now
