EPISODE - 27

I explained everything to Rachit as why I killed Mr. Grover and how Kabir was implicated in this murder. For once even Rachit was very shocked after hearing this but I told him not to tell this to anyone.

It was already very late at night so I told Rachit to go back to the hotel and sleep and I will stay here with Mahima. He obeyed my request, then I went inside the hospital to take off her.

When I was going towards his room the doctor stopped me.

[ Conversation ]

D : What happened doctor, why did you stop me like this?

Doctor : Divyam, We have just given Mahima a sleeping injection

D : What was the need for a sleeping injection?

Doctor : It is very important for her to sleep, if she gets proper sleep then she will get well soon.

D : When will she wake up?

Doctor : She will wake up within some time and you should keep in mind that if she asks for anything, she should get it immediately.

D : Okay Doctor

When I went inside, she was sleeping comfortably, then I also lay down on the side sofa. I took special care that if Mahima needed anything I would arrange it for her. I was awake till 6 in the morning but then suddenly I fell asleep.

When I woke up, it was 11 in the morning and all my friends were also there. I didn't even realize when I fell asleep. Rachit asked me what time to leave for home because he had to leave for some work today. I asked the doctor whether Mahima would be discharged today but he said that it is difficult right now but she would be discharged by tonight.

We all would have left for home together but Rachit had important work so I told him that he and Rashika should leave. Mahima and I will come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow then both of them leave for home.

I too had work to do but I could not leave Mahima here alone like this then I thought that I can do the work while sitting in the same room. So I sat there with my laptop and started checking the mails of those exporters who wanted to do deals with me.

While I was doing my work, Mahima was staring at me and when I looked at her, I asked her.

[ Conversation ]

D : Aese kyu ghuur rhi h aap mujhe?

M : Kyu ab ghuur bhi nhi sakti kya

D : Aaram se ghuriye apka hi hu lekin mein distract ho rha hu

M : Fine, hell to your business!!!

I closed my laptop and went and sat near Mahima. Looking at her it seemed as if she was angry with me.

[ Conversation ]

M : Why have you come to me now? *Pauses* Do your work now.

D : I thought I'd flirt with you a little

M : Do whatever you want, but I don't want to talk to you.

D : Ohk well, I've a pick-up line for you

M : Say

D : With school, I just want an A. With you, I just want to F.

M : Hahaha not so funny

D : Tumhari shakal thodi na dikhayi h jo funny hogi 😂

M : Don't get beaten by me today.

D : I was just kidding, you must not be serious

While we were talking like this, it was evening and it was time for Mahima to be discharged.
All my and Mahima's belongings were kept in my car so I thought of covering some distance at night and if it was too late at night, we would have stayed in a hotel. As I had thought, we both left the hospital and sat in the car to cover some distance.

The condition of the road itself was not good so we could cover less than 200 km in 5 hours. It was already night so I thought that if any hotel came on the highway then I would stay there with Mahima. But we were not able to find any hotel then a little further we saw a resort and there too some wedding functions were taking place there still we asked for a room in that resort and hopefully we got it too.

Then we both spent the night in the same resort.

[ RACHIT'S POV ]

Both Rashika and I had come home by night and after dropping Rashika, I went to my house. I went home and took some rest, then had dinner and later went to the room and started setting things up.

I was working comfortably but I had a voice text on my phone from an unknown number but I did not pay much attention to it and continued working. After some time, a call came on my phone and when I picked up the call, I did not hear anyone's voice.

That guy called me 4-5 times but he didn't even say anything, so I thought maybe someone was pranking me. But then the call came again and this time a man's voice also came from the front. That guy took my name and threatened me that he would kill me.
