Amusment park

"Woah," we all said in amusement. The amusement park was pretty big, already shining so brightly since it was evening. People screaming could be heard from miles away, they must be having fun. "Woah! Look!" Riki shouted while pointing at the moving roller coaster. It stopped right before the big drop, and sometime later it went down fast, and everyone was screaming.

"Let's go. What are we waiting for?" Jake said it in his Aussie accent. We followed close behind him as we walked towards the counter to pay for our tickets. But instead of tickets, we got some kind of paper bracelet. It wasn't so bad, this way, we won't lose it. "What is our first stop?" I asked while examining the map they gave us. "How about we just go to every single thing?" "Really? Even the children's rides?" Jake added. Yuqi just stared at him, dumbfounded.

"Are you kidding me? Are you stupid or what?" Yuqi answered his question with a hint of sarcasm. Riki and I looked at each other before bursting into laughter. "Yah! What are you two laughing about? You shouldn't laugh," Jake said while scolding us. "Alright, grandpa, sorry, now let's go," Riki said before running off. "Aish that little shit." "Jake, you are barely older than us you are acting like grandpa."

"Seriously, you too, Yuqi?" Jake was a bit disappointed, and Yuqi just shrugged her shoulders before we all went to Riki, who ran off. "How about we get there?" I pointed at the bumper cars. They all just nodded in agreement. We saw that almost everyone had a pair inside the bumper car, so we decided to split two and two. Yuqi and I were in one car, and Jake and Riki were in one car. Let the fun begin.

The ride was quite bumpy we mostly went towards each other, but of course we could not avoid other people. There was a lot of colliding, and I bet we will be getting bruises after this. Those four minutes were gone real soon, so we decided to go one round, but only this time it was Jake and Yuqi, as well as Riki and me.

"Prepare to get crushed!" Jake screamed. "We will see about that," Riki said in return. This ride was crazier than the last one since Riki and Jake are against each other, but Yuqi and I didn't mind at all we were laughing the whole ride. Once the ride was over, we went over to the bench to sit down and discuss what we should do next.

We decided to go on a pendulum ride, once we arrived, the queue was so long that it felt like we would be standing here for hours. "Guys, I don't know about you, but I am already hungry," Riki said while holding onto his stomach. "How about a snack while we wait here, and later, we can have a proper dinner?" We all agreed with Jake's suggestion. Jake said that he will go buy the snacks as we wait here in queue. With that, I pushed Yuqi forward. "Go with him," I mouthed, and she just nodded in return.

"They would look cute together what do you think, Sujin?" That took me a bit off-guard. "Oh my god, yes! Right?! They are made for each other. My ship is about to sail!" I exclaimed. "Wait, you like 'ship' them?" Riki asked. I just gave him the 'duh' look. "Did you see how Jake looks at Yuqi? Like, dang, it's like she is his whole world," I explained. "Yeah, or how Yuqi looks at Jake, but you are completely right for Jake's part. He does stare at her a lot when she is not staring. Gosh, he wouldn't stop talking about her when we are alone." Riki added, "Yes, you get me! Same with Yuqi," and then realization hit me.

"Wait, are you telling me that Jake likes Yuqi, and that is confirmed?" Soon the realization hit Riki. "Shit, wait, just pretend you didn't hear that, Jake would kill me if he found out that I told you, and do not, I repeat, do not say a word to Yuqi." I just laughed. "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me I won't tell Yuqi, and come on, I'm not that stupid I will let them confess their feelings for each other without them knowing anything from before, so i will not tell Yuqi that Jake likes her."

"I bet Yuqi will be the one confessing her feelings to Jake. He is too scared of rejection to do so." "Nah, I bet Jake will be the one confessing first, she doesn't like when she has to make the first move, so she will wait for Jake to say it first." I explain to Riki, "Understandable." From this moment on, I can watch a relationship bloom between two of my friends.
